This pride of ownership home is only two properties from the beach. The owners use it as a second home and rent it out to responsible adults for short term occupancy Mid June - Mid September.
Once inside you will feel like you are in someones home, not in a rental.
The Newport Beach Pier, Shops and Restaurants are a short beach walk away and Albertsons grocery store is only two blocks away. This location makes it easy and convenient to get all you'll need when on vacation. 34th Street Beach is a great location for surf, sun and fun. There are Volleyball net poles on the beach.
Walking distance from great restaurants, live music, and shops in the heart of the Peninsula. If you are looking for activities, there are plenty to choose from - boogie boarding, surfing, check out the World Famous "Wedge," sailing, boat rentals, whale watching, Catalina Island, the Balboa Fun Zone, Fishing, shopping at Fashion Island, and more.
This rental is just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and many other tourist attractions.

Our kitchen is supplied with all the dishes, utensils, cookware and spices needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and garbage sacks etc. You may need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.
