The first time I saw this home, I fell in love with it and so will you.  It sits high on a large corner lot with the Gulf of Mexico just a few steps away. 

The LIVING ROOM is Family Friendly with HDTV and a large selection of movies, games and puzzles for all ages.    A queen sleeper sofa will sleep additional guests.  

The DINING ROOM is furnished with a large dining set and extra chairs.  A fold-up card table will seat another 4.  Of course, we also provide outdoor dining furniture. 

This home sleeps like a 5 BEDROOM house. All bedrooms are large and beautifully furnished. The large MASTER BEDROOM has a fabulous view of the water and a private access to the covered porch.  High-speed wireless internet is now available! Enjoy the Whirlpool tub, we clean the jets before your arrival. Guests will be delighted with the two upstairs bedrooms. A queen bed in the cozy alcove of the Lighthouse room, is great for reading or napping as well as sleeping while listening to the surf just outside the port hole window. Guests in the Aquarium room will feel like they are under water in the midst of a school of tropical fish. All towels, linens and pillows are of good quality.

Treasure Island at San Luis Pass is a birding, fishing, and shelling paradise. Nowhere else can you find such a variety of activities to please everyone. After a fun day in Galveston at Schlitterbahn or Moody Gardens, spend the evening on the porch watching the sunset. Or, surf fish just a block from the house and walk back to clean your catch at our private fish cleaning station. Mornings are the best time to walk along the miles of remote beaches while watching flocks of Pelicans and Roseate Spoonbills and collecting the best shells on the Texas coast. You can also rent a kayak, schedule a wildlife tour, or hire a guide for bay or offshore fishing.

· Master bath has double sinks, whirlpool tub, separate shower. Fluffy towels, bath gel, shampoo, tissues, q-tips & cotton balls.

· Dish Network, HDTV and DVD/VCR in living room.  All bedrooms have T.V.s with DVD

· Washer/Dryer (HE detergent and dryer sheets are uner the kitchen sink).

· Charcoal BBQ pit w/tools. Please bring your charcoal. 

· Two plastic outdoor dining tables w/chairs. Plastic table cloths.

· Extra refrigerator, beach toys. lawn chairs, hammock in the garage storage closet.

· Secured access to storage garage for your fishing gear, baby strollers, coolers, etc. Key is on the key ring in hall of the house.

· Dishwasher, microwave. Dishwash detergent is provided

· All small appliances: 12-cup coffee pot, 4-slot toast/bagel toaster, electric griddle, blender. hand-held mixer

· China and flatware for 16. Wine glasses, plastic dishes, plastic glasses.

· Zoned central A/C and heat.  We will have the A/C or heat on when you arrive. 

· Wireless Internet Service, Phone for local calls, use your calling card for long distance

· Iron & board

· Linens and towels furnished.

Rules and Rental Policy: We only rent to families with a responsible attitude. Absolutely no graduation, prom, fraternity or sorority groups with or without adult supervision. Our home is NOT available for rental to groups or individuals celebrating Spring Break, Beach Parth weekend, Mardi Gras, graduation, weddings, receptions or parties of any kind or size.
