"You won’t regret it!
We had the best time! The perfect little spring getaway for our family of four + two pups. The layout of the home is fantastic; plenty of room to spread out of you want with the kitchen and living room centrally located for hanging out. The upstairs den was like having a surprise third bedroom, while the downstairs bedroom was quiet and secluded for our you best. Plenty of room in the upstairs bedroom for us to crate the dogs. We were literal minutes away from the beach by foot, although our kids are little so we chose to drive most days. We loved being able to walk to the general store for ice cream while we watched the sun set (and the restaurant was good too)! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals at home and the beds were super comfy! I am not an easy sleeper but I woke up feeling so rested. We loved our time here so much, we extended our stay by a night and are already planning our return! "

"A wonderful get away!
I have stayed at three properties in Dillon Beach, and this is my favorite. The two bedroom two bath cottage is cozy and welcoming. It’s sort of like visiting a cottage that you wish your grandmother had. Comfortable furniture, a good mattress, and high quality linens added to the stay. The TV and gas fireplace worked well, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The second bedroom is downstairs, so ideal for two couples or families. The rental agency was great. All in all, a great trip and stay. "

"Great Spot by the Beach
We stayed in this rental for Thanksgiving and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. There was tons of space for the 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids). The kitchen had everything we needed and more - even cast iron pans for cooking clams. The den was great for our kids. The beach is walking distance as long as you don't have too much stuff to carry. Parking was challenging with our large SUV but we made it work - only 2 small cars can fit in the driveway. Great little spot."

"Dillon Beach Vacation
House was Great, but when we arrived at 4:30 PM on 10-5-2023, the Key Box Code given to us, 1964, was WRONG. We spent the next 3 Hours, trying to contact someone to gain entrance. Our cell phones did not work at the house site. If it wasn't for 2 Next Door Neighbors, we would not of got in. They called numerous contacts over a 3 Hour time frame. i almost left to go back home, a 4.5 Hour Drive. Fortunately she contacted someone who had the Correct Code 1982, so we could get in. We had reservations at another property in Dillon Beach and they had to cancel us due to electrical issues. We found this place at the last minute and it was a wonderful location. The amenities provided by the host were nice perks. Property was clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Dillon Beach."

"Wonderful house for a windy weekend
The house was so warm and "air tight" -- The wind was so strong but once you stepped into the house it was quiet and warm. Ping Pong table and cozy environment helped provide a wonderful time for teens not excited about our weather... Close to beautiful beach and sunset views."

"Absolutely perfect!
This clean, comfy, well stocked home was the perfect place to land. The beds were fabulous which is huge, but then the kitchen had everything we needed to actually cook and was overloaded with dishes so we didn’t need to wash after every snack. Add to that the games, abundant seating, and easily shared facilities and we would return to this rental in a heartbeat! It’s location is beautiful and convenient, the little town serves delicious food and desserts, and don’t skip the Marin French Cheese Co. "

"Turning 60!!!
We visit Dillion Beach a lot! Great rental and it's priced right! Clean comfortable and close to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I usually bring my own knives for kitchen use but theirs were great. Hot & Cold water tap outside to hose of the dog or your feet is a nice touch. Well-kept BBQ. Beds are VERY comfortable, cozy gas fireplace. Just a great place. I drive a very large van and no problem parking two cars in the driveway. We had a party of 5 and no one was tripping over each other. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "

"New Year's
The rental company went out of their way to make us feel welcome on a rainy night. The lights were on, the fire was going and a gift basket greeted us after our drive. The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 dogs. It was only a short walk to the beach trail. We were successful with crab fishing. Dillon Beach is such a unique little spot!!!"

"Love Sea Breeze!
This is our second time staying at Sea Breeze, and we were not disappointed. Everything is very clean and so well organized. Love the short walk to the beach and the store. We loved the new comforters on the beds, as the old ones always slid off. Cozy and comfortable. Kitchen has absolutely everything needed to make a meal.

Our kids were flying into visit and we were suppose to stay in Tahoe but had to leave do to the fires. I was so lucky to find this adorable house in Dillion beach. The house was beautiful and clean and in a great location in the village. It was easy to walk to the beach which was beautiful. It opened our eyes to staying on the ocean and how wonderful that was that we hope to continue and make it a new tradition. Stacy was great at communicate and very helpful with our stay. Thank you! "

"Peaceful and relaxing
Breath and rejuvenate. I rolled out of bed and walked the short walk to the beach. It was my dog, Sonny and I and sometimes another walker or runner. The beach was glorious and completely ours. The house is private and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed. I would highly recommend this lovely spot. Neighbors are nice. Coastal kitchen restaurant is delicious. Enjoy."

"Awesome getaway
This vacation rental is a keeper. I have stayed in multiple rental homes here and this is one of my favorites! Beautiful and very clean, very comfortable. Beds are quite comfy. If I were to make suggestions (and I've seen these on other reviews) you really need to bring your own stove top pan. You could also bring tupperware if you're expecting leftovers however I left a Costco size box of Gallon Ziplocs for others to use. Also if you expect someone to sleep on the pullout bed, bring a nice comforter as the blankets are not adequate for the cold. The walk to beach is not far but there are a few steep hills to walk. I'm not in shape but certainly was able to manage them. Plus being dog friendly, you cannot go wrong! Being an RN, this was the getaway I needed! Thank you!"

"A fall getaway to Sea Breeze
Overall we had a wonderful stay in this cozy house by the beach. We walked on the beach several times a day, much to the delight of our dog. It’s a quick walk through the quaint quiet neighborhood to a path down to the north side of the beach. For future guests, it helped us to bring a folding laundry rack (to dry wet towels from the beach). I would also suggest bringing some Tupperware type food storages containers and a spatula to help with meal preparations in their otherwise well equipped kitchen. It took me a day to figure out that the thermostat in the main room lights the gas faux fireplace that eventually heats the upstairs. We also figured out that it was easier to load in and load out via the back stairs (fewer stairs; less up and down to bring things into the lower level). It would be helpful to have a bath mat for the upper shower/tub and a grab bar inside the lower shower. The property management company was responsive when we called with a problem. We would definitely rent Sea Breeze again."

"Perfect in all respects!
I've been coming to Dillon Beach since I was in the womb - and I'm 76 years old. The Sea Breeze rental was in the perfect "Village" location for easy walks to the beach and store, was beautifully maintained with all the amenities. Highly recommend!"

"Dillon Beach house
We had fantastic coastal weather in November! Clear skies and sun on the beach. The overcast rolled in every afternoon, but then blew out before sunset. My wife and I walked the dogs to the beach 2 times each day, great exercise for all 4 of us.
This house was cozy and had plenty of room. We like the good light for reading. The kitchen was nice and I cooked dinner every night. The restaurant at the store is only open on the weekends.
We felt very covid-safe during this trip."

"Sweet Spot to get away
Needed a nurses getaway and this space fit the bill. Pet friendly made the stay all the more special. Ample parking for 2 cars. If you struggle with stairs, know there are quite a few. We walked to the beach in the morning...which is also dog friendly. The kitchen is well stocked and it was just what 2 weary nurses needed. Thank you! "

"Perfect Getaway for the week
We rented Sunday thru Saturday. It was just the two of us and our 2 dogs. The house is very comfortable and fairly well equipped. Everything works fine and it's only a 5 min walk to the beach. We were working remote that week with 2 computers going and no issues with internet service. You may want to bring you own laundry detergent and charcoal briquettes with started. There is a Weber charcoal grill on the patio but the charcoal and starter are not provided. All in all, very happy with our stay, the location and the responsiveness of the owner and managers. "

"Great rental, not-so-great management company
This is a wonderful little home just a short walk from the beach. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with every tool you'd need, and I love that the TV had a Roku so we could watch whatever we wanted.
There were a few issues, though, and the rental management company was only responsive to some of them. We didn't have any coffee filters (which they delivered) but after the filters arrived we realized the coffee maker itself was broken, which they never addressed. We also asked for checkout an hour later than the normal time and got a very rude response from the answering service (the office had closed for the day) even though no one was checking in the day we were leaving, and we were only asking for an hour!"

"Comfortable Stay for Family of 5, and we LOVED Dillan Beach!
This rental was in a perfect location in Dillon Beach. Central location and walking distance to the beach and Dillan Beach Resort restaurant and general store. The home was clean and well appointed, although the furnishings and bedding seems older and dated in style. The layout was perfect for us. Grandma stayed in the downstairs room, my husband and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom, and the den with pull out sofa was ideal for our 2 kids aged 5 and 8. The Den has glass sliding doors with a blind for privacy, and this worked well as a bedroom for 2 kids, although the space would likely be tight for 2 adults. The Den is adjacent to the living room, so we had to be quiet once we put the kids to bed.
The Kitchen was very well appointed and we were able to cook all our breakfasts and dinners with no issues or lack of equipment. There wasn't a full set of any of the dishes or utensils and a number of dishes had chips, but I guess that's to be expected in a vacation rental.
The only negative thing we experienced was the lengthy documentation about neighborhood HOA and house rules with detailed costs per lost or damaged item. This made us super paranoid about everything we used in the house. Even though we are always respectful guests and treat vacation rentals like our own home, all the rules made us feel like we couldn't fully relax. We had to make sure the place was immaculate before we checked out or we would incur additional costs. For the nightly price we paid for this place, it felt weird that we then felt like we might be nickled-and-dimed if we left anything out of place or had any mishaps or accidents. I'd still rent a house from this property management group, but it's just good to know in advance that this isn't the type of relaxing beach vacation rental where you can expect a cleaning crew to come in and handle everything once you check out. For the record, there was no cleaning fee charged, so I guess that balances it out that we had to cle"

"Disappointed
First of all, it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach, the store is at the beach and carries minimal food supplies, the windows are filthy and the parking rules apparently don’t apply to the neighborhood... cars clogging the streets we could hardly get passed but WE...would get a $250 fine if we parked on the street. We could not use the garage so friends could visit because if they parked in the street they would get fined...not happy at all."

The home was well equipped. We did not realize there is a "Village" in Dillon Beach. At first the small lots took us back but we got use to it and ended up enjoying our location. "Weekend At The Beach
We enjoyed our weekend in Dillon Beach. Did not know what to expect since this was our first visit. Small community, home is a couple blocks from the beach. However it is a bit of a walk. Dogs can run free, or let's just say they do. Watch where you step! Home was very well decorated, quaint. Wish we had known it had no parking for a truck. Homes are VERY close and parking really is for small cars. No more than two small Prius like cars. Home was furnished, however if you are picky, the pots/pans where quite worn, stemware still had remnants of wine. I think when you expect the guest to clean dishes and empty dishwasher before you leave, you may have some guest who don't really wash things up very well. Other than that, it was Great. By the way, the management company was very responsive and easy to work with."

"beware
While the home is nicely updated and the kitchen nicely stocked with just about anything you could need and a few towels were provided, the treatment from the owner was awful!! I called her on our second night around 11:50 as the neighbors to the right had been screaming, yelling, breaking and slamming things around for about 3 hours. Her response was basically it wasn't her problem and I needed to deal with it. I repeatedly asked her whom I should call when she informed me I needed to "handle it myself" and she repeatedly stated she didn't know. So we listened to these people until 3 am. When I was up the next morning I saw she emailed me( I have ALL telephone and email convos if anyone is interested) and titled it "Jennifer...." and then proceeded to rant very unprofessionally. Upon our return home in Sunday I left a comment on one of their posts on the Dillon"s Beach page after which I received a threatening voice mail from her stating that I need to call her before she takes legal action and that she had banned me from the page and removed my comment!! She also removed comments of friends as well. So I called her back and pretty much the entire convo she kept raising her voice and talking over me. She kept saying it was her responsibility to deal with any of it and why was I so mad? I had told her in my email that none of us were able to sleep and that it sent my autistic daughter in to a breakdown that could have caused life threatening issues. So on the phone she kept saying oh I'm so sorry you lost sleep, is that was this is about because you lost a little sleep? Like Geeze lady we were suppose to be on a relaxing vacay not have to listen to idiots partying. At the end of the conversation she then stated and I quote " Oh and about the autistic I have an autistic nephew and they can be a real pain so I'm sorry you have to deal with that pain all the time" Like are you serious??? I'm out of room to complete everything that was said but pick another house"

"Family yearly vist
been renting same house for last few years , sleeps eight and seems they did add afew more pans that were much needed , now if they only get a wine bottle opener .. oh and maybe a few more matchllights for bar b q which had stated propane but was not so we had to go buy a bag at the store there was only a few briquits in bag that was left . other than that and view of dog poop that was left next door outside .. love the house and the room , parking sucks but that's everywhere down there"

"Updated beach house in quiet neighborhood
One of our favorite beach houses so far. Updated, clean and walking distance to the general store and beach. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated as well. It is on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Great for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and plenty of room to cook meals at home. We really enjoyed spreading out in this light filled home. Great for families. Everything was absolutely perfect!

"Cute home but checkout list was stressful
Cute home close to the ocean. We had 4 adults and 3 children during our stay. The pull out matress in the couch in the living room was filthy,I almost didn't let my son sleep there. The bedroom up stairs only had a sheet and a very thin blanket, I was cold. There was only enough blankets for the pull out couches so I couldn't find an extra blanket. The bathrooms were great and we greatly appreciated the foot shower out side. The walk to the beach was quick and charming. The kitchen had most essentials except for a wine opener! The check out list was stressful to say the least. We were asked not to strip the beds which made me think they weren't going to wash them? We were asked to make sure the floors were cleaned up but the vacuum didn't work very well at all. We tried to clean up, but it made our last morning stressful and I would have rather just paid extra to be able to relax and not stress about starting the dishwasher on time. It was a nice location but I won't stay in that house again. "

The house was very tidy, the duvet cover and pillows on the upstairs bedroom were dirty and stained. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances you may need. Basement bedroom and laundry were very clean and pleasing to the eye. Very small view of the beach from front windows. They supplied dish soap and dishwasher soap. Bath soap and small shampoo. Over all if it hadn't rained so much while we were there we would have had more fun. I would rent this site again."

As described, a "5 minute walk to the beach". Property was clean. Management was quick to respond and professional. The biggest negative against property was that the furniture and beds were not comfortable at all for the whole group. Living room furniture sat to low and just not comfortable. Beds and dining chairs too hard for all of us.Not any staples in kitchen, no coffee no sugar no cooking oil. Very little as far as cooking aids. However, all the pans, dishes and utensils you needed.We wished there was more towles for kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer YES, but NO soap at all, thank goodness we brought some.Towels and tablecloth needed washing during our stay. Overall a nice stay. Comfortable furniture and beds would make this place Awesome! Thank you"

"A friends weekend getaway
A group of my friends rented out the place for the weekend. We loved the place! Greet location walking distance to the beach & the weather was great. The house was just as it was described in the listing and the management was easy to work with and so welcoming. My only complaint would be the fridge took quite sometime to start cooling but after it did, it worked fine. "

Beautiful, accommodating home. We really enjoyed our stay, and there was plenty of room. Property management was also very friendly, flexible, and helpful.The only improvement I would recommend is a baby gate for use across the stairs leading from the kitchen to the lower level. It would help greatly in the safety of small children and the elderly."

"A quiet and welcoming get-away
This is a terrific space for two couples. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house is perfectly located with views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. It has so many windows and a layout that provides nice privacy between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for a rental. It was variably cold, sunny, foggy, windy and warm during our stay (mid-July). We saw deer walking through the street and past our back yard area. The neighbors were friendly. It was a quiet get-away and we didn’t see or hear any overly loud revelers.
Suggestions for renters to maximize enjoyment: First, bring enough groceries to last a day or two as there is limited shopping nearby. Second, we wish we had known in advance that AT&T cell service is unavailable in the area. Our friends have Sprint and they were able to get service using their “extended” network. Third, bring a variety of clothing for changing weather conditions and don’t forget to wear sunscreen even if it seems chilly/windy.
Suggestions for the owner and property management team: The property managers were truly available and helpful. Our stay was so very well coordinated and it seemed effortless. The house, while charming, is ready for a thorough cleaning (the kind where everything is taken out of the drawers and closets and off the shelves). The floors were sticky as were some of the kitchen items. We saw some weird items in the downstairs closet and a pair of dirty underwear presumably left by a prior renter in the laundry basket. Also, the windows, while lovely, should be screened and cleaned. When we opened the windows, we noticed a lot of debris, including dead bugs in the tracks. Bugs, including wasps and spiders entered (and left) the house freely via the open windows. Our friend was bitten by a tick during our stay, as well. Finally, the pillows, mattress, and mattress covers were stained and kind of gross. We didn’t notice this until we changed the linens on our last day. "

"Perfect Beach House
My husband and teen daughter checked in on a drizzly Saturday afternoon to unwind from work and school. We walked in to a light filled, wood floor living room with a view of the ocean and a homey feel. My daughter claimed a big chair in the corner of a cute small room adjacent to the living room but separated by french doors and sketched peacefully for the next two hours while enjoying the view and the tranquility of this charming beach town. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook, enjoy coffee and tea and unwind while taking breaks to walk down to the ocean, which was 5 minutes down the hill. We can't wait to come back! "

"Superior Time at Sea Breeze Dillon Beach
We enjoyed a quiet stormy weekend with long time friends at Sea Breeze. The home was beautifully decorated with a cozy fireplace, roomy kitchen with all the amenities, and comfortable layout. The spit level gave each of us couples the privacy we desired. Such wonderful location in the village added to our beach roaming experience even with the rainy weather. We will come again each March to celebrate our birthdays!"

"The best weekend ever!!!!!
I got my taxes and on a spur of the moment decision and availability we rented your beautiful home! Me my 11 yr old son and my boyfriend and my dogs were on our way! Now as a child me and my two sisters never got to go away for a few so I invited them, I even told my mom who hadn't been out in a very long time to come out and low and behold they all showed up!!! I was elated, and my sister had my niece with her who just turned one yr old! So me and my son and my mom and boyfriend and two sisters and my niece all walked the beach for the first time ever and it was beyond words! We came back home and cooked a fine meal and spent quality time with each other that night but worth every penny and its going to be a yearly thing for us. The house was perfect and we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"A family Thankmas!
The house was brightly lit and clean on arrival. The layout is perfect for a family gathering. Management was accessible and very accommodating. Fireplace heater was so cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with newer appliances, blender, rolling pin and fantastic knives. A crock pot, food processor, pancake griddle and many serving bowls and platters. Set ups for eight.
Suggested items to bring: Zip Locks, tissue, slippers, extra dish towels, charcoal & lighter fluid."

"Great House, great location
My three sisters and my two dogs loved the house, the bedroom downstairs was perfect for myself and my dogs, easy access to back door. Easy walk to the beach. We were impressed by how updated the house is and very clean except for under the couch crumbs and one pullout mattress had issues that the management fixed happily and promptly! Only complaint was the parking situation was a challenge and street is narrow, also that there was no potato peeler (one sister made clam chowder-I liked the skin on the potatos!)"

"Love this place!
My boyfriend and I took our family and had a great time!! The house we clean, modern, and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. LOVE the kitchen and that everything we needed was there (pots, pans, etc). We really didn't need to bring anything but food and drink. The CD player didn't work very well, so maybe bring your own player, but everything else was awesome! We'll certainly stay here again! "

The only down fall was the parking was tight on the block where the house is & there was no iron. But take away those two small things the house was clean & great for a stay."

"2 weeks at Sea Breeze
We chose Sea Breeze so our adult kids could come and go. Since they weren't there the whole time, we didn't need a 4 bedroom house.
Pros: Very clean on arrival. The overall layout is nice, and obviously the house has been remodeled with care. Good kitchen, adequate though (as with many rentals) some quirky cooking pan options. If you're a "chef" /baker like my husband, bring your favorite pans. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the partial ocean view from living room. Allowed pets. Management company good to work with.
Cons: downstairs is a remodeled basement room, a bit dark and musty. Our "kids" were woken up by us walking overhead. Not enough blankets-we didn't ever call the rental agency as we were too busy during the day, but a couple of us ended up piling on clothes to sleep in. Most problematic are the bed mattresses. The pull-out beds are not sellable. We ended up taking the mattresses off the pull-outs and putting them on the floor. Still not great, but at least worked short-term. Owners need to get new sofa-beds! Or at least mattresses. Cleaning requirements on leaving were more intensive than have had at other houses, which made our last morning a bit more stressful. $35 for not putting away all dishes, on top of the cleaning fee seemed excessive!
Overall we'll not be back to this particular least until sofa-beds are replaced (along with more blankets). The layout worked, but not the beds."

"Sea Breeze week-end
The location was good, but a little difficult to find the first time.
The downstairs bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the downstairs
smelled musty, and was dark. I felt like I was sleeping in a basement. The upstairs couches were not comfortable for sleeping.
Two people ended up sleeping on the floor, because they were so bad.
The view is of the neighbors houses.
We had a good time though, because we were gone most of the time.
I would suggest that the owner get a new mattress/bed for the downstairs, and not advertise that the couches upstairs can be used as beds, because they are so uncomfortable, and freshen up the basement with new paint, and white blinds.
This house was overpriced considering the condition.
My friends stayed a block away, for about the same price, in a clean and fresh four bedroom house, and had an ocean view, comfortable beds, nice furniture and a hot tub, and a ping pong table, and parking in a 2 car garage. "

Plenty of room, kitchen beautiful and new. Quiet. Lots of windows. Sheets and blankets not provided for the 2 pull-out beds, so bring your own. BBQ is standard charcoal but there is no chimney to start the briquets, so be ready with a lot of newspaper. Short walk to beach and store. Nice faucets out back on a concrete pad for washing sand off things. Bring zip locks and foil."

"Great stay!
Apart from wi-fi, this house had everything we needed...and then some. It's an eclectic mix of old and new (kitchen is great) and the layout is nice. Not having wi-fi makes it a challenge but there is something to be said for escaping. The kitchen included some old cast iron skillets which are great for cooking. It takes less than two minutes to walk to the beach. House is clean and property management professional and kind. "

This home was awesome! It is so clean and modern, that it was like staying in a new home. Did I say it was clean, clean, clean!! I found nothing about it that was dirty or in need of cleaning. We loved the lay out/floor plan. My sister rented a home on the same street as us which was $50 less than ours. We all could not believe the difference in the 2 homes for basically the same price. This home was very comfortable, having a well stocked kitchen and an abundant ice maker. The only thing that we would have liked to have had, was a TV in the main living area and one downstairs for kids. Definitely not a problem though. Although we had a 3:20 a.m. earthquake wake-up call, we had a wonderful time in an awesome home... Thank you so much for sharing your home with us."

"Sea Breeze Vacation Home
We have been vacationing at Dillon B each for over 15 years and have rented the Sea Breeze for 7 years. We LOVE this home. It works great for our family. However, this time we did not feel it was as clean as in the past. The upstairs bath would not drain and you would think that if housekeeping was cleaning it as it should they would have been aware of this problem. The kitchen table and floor didi not seem to be clean. Management took care of the drain problem immediately!"

"Great Weekend
This is the second time we have rented this house. We loved it! Very comfortable! The maintenance/cleaning staff met us when we arrived to let us know the previous tenants did not take out the trash so there was no room for us to use the cans, however they told us just to bag the items and leave them in the garage and they would dispose for us so that worked out okay. I would only suggest having the owners add more screens to the windows as it is hard to cool the house down in the afternoon without getting Bees in the house since most of the screens were missing. Also the side yard hose was locked off, it would have been nice to use to clean out fishing/crabbing items. We understand the drought situation however patio small faucet was not really what was needed. We will rent is again!"

"Great Home away from home
Rented this beach house in mid June 2014. Great location, very clean and kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, and even some condiments. Having a dishwasher was a pleasant surprise and the management even supplied dishwasher detergent. This appliance was frequently used during my stay. Refrigerator was wonderful as it had an Ice maker and was very large and able to accommodate all the food I had brought for our week. The only problem I encountered was the land line phone was not working. In event of emergency, this could be a real problem. My cell phone worked along with my 4G data when I walked down to the water's edge to communicate with other members in my party who I was awaiting. When I called the property management they were very polite but unable to send anyone to fix the phone. I had purchased a long distance calling card to use the house phone. TV was located in a strange location but had satellite reception which is great. Only recommendation I would make is if property owners could supply board games/cards for when vacationers don't wish to watch TV in the evenings. I had brought a deck of cards but I wish I had UNO and/or Monopoly but my car was jammed packed with beach gear and groceries. I will definitely be going back to this beach house. "

"Annual Return To Dillon Beach
The place was all around perfect for our family. It is well appointed and had pretty everything we needed. One possible omission was towels---we brought our own just in case but there was an item on the check-out documents that mentioned towels but we didn't find any in the rental. The only other item worth mentioning is the garbage/recycle bins were visited by raccoons one night. I managed to catch two inside the blue recycling container and when I released them, that seemed to take care of any return visits. It was briefly entertaining but I would recommend some kind of cover weight or other device to help keep the lids down. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would stay there again."

"Relaxing and Fun Birthday Weekend
What a great place! It honestly looked and felt like home. I have been to many beach homes but none felt so comfortable and clean. Not to mention the home was well stocked and had plenty of room. I wish it was closer to the beach but the walk was nice, especially after cooking a great birthday dinner in the amazing kitchen. The locals were great too! I want to stay longer next time. The house was perfect for our family of 6 - 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room do their own thing. My only complaint would be the insulation from top to bottom. We could hear footsteps above us in the ground floor. Nicely furnished - kitchen needed a bit of clean up in the cupboards as they were extremely disheveled. "

"A Short Getaway in Dillon Beach
I use Dillon Beach as a nearby getaway spot for short vacations (I live in El Cerrito). Over the years I've rented a number of houses, using VRBO, and Moore Realty. This house (Sea Breeze) goes to the top of the list in terms of condition. The bedrooms are large for a house in the village, and the bathrooms are also modern and sizable. The kitchen is the best I've seen in the village. This is a very comfortable, well-maintained vacation house.
has always been professional. They tend to have the more upscale houses in Dillon Beach. And there's the convenience of reserving online."

"The Conley Family Stay at The Sea Breeze, Dillon Beach, Jan. 2014
This was a great rental property. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The beach house was definitely within 5 minuts walking distance of the beach, although you could just get a glimpse of the ocean from one front window inthe living room. Parking was great and unloading our cars through the garage was extremely helpful. Our dog, Sally, was happy to have the run about the place as it was pet friendly and didn't mind being crated at the end of her busy day. It was also wonderful to have access to a washer and dryer, although we only needed it once. We brought out own detergent/softener and they worked just great. The electricity went out Friday night in the entire Dillon Beach area....a total blackout (only for a couple of hours), and we readily found candles, matches and our own flashlights. In fact, the property management people called us to check in on us to see if we found the candles/matches in the kitchen which was really sweet and very much appreciated. Thanks for a great four-day weekend, owners of The Sea Breeze. You have a beautiful place. "

No problem with the fog, but a little more sun would have been nice. Would have liked a view, but overall, very nice. TV only worked in a bedroom/den, so of no value when that room also served as a bedroom. This should be fixed to work in the living room area. Good parking. Very clean and served our sixsome nicely!

"Fog, fog go away!
House great. Macro weather not so good. In July, of 5 days, 3 were foggy all day and there was fog every monring. Is is the macro climate of this region. If you go inland 5 miles you will find sun, which we did for the 3 days. "

"Family vacation
This is the third time we have stayed at Dillon Beach each time was at Sea Breeze. My family feels very comfortable there, and know which room they have to stay in. Having the washer and dryer is great. We love to BBQ. They breakfast nook is wonderful in the morning to eat have have coffee. We can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. "

"A Perfect Memorial Weekend
this being our 56th year coming to Dillon Beach, It can't get any better!
Sea Breeze was a superb house to stay in, the weather, although the wind was a little bit strong, the sun was out and it was warm enough to go around in short sleeves. Sea Breeze is a warm and comfortable house to stay in. We'll take it again next year, unless we have a larger group. Karyn and the gang are fabulous to work with.

"Ahhh, not too bad
The only window with a view of the ocean was dirty. The kitchen rug was dirty. Two electrical outlets in upstairs bed room don't work. No hair dryer or iron. Have to run the water a while before the water is hot (which defeats the 5 min shower limit request). Couldn't get in until 4:30, an hour and a half after check in time. Drive way incline so steep, scraped the bottom of my car. I will not rent this property again. "

"Family Fun Getaway
We took our baby girl to Sea Breeze to celebrate her first birthday along with family who traveled from southern California and met us there to join in the festivities. We had an amazing time! We LOVED the beautiful kitchen and all of the windows. The bedrooms were just what we had in mind and the sofa bed was perfect for my sister. The only oddity was the garage smelled strongly of animal urine (cat, specifically) and when we opened it, it wafted in to the bottom bedroom area. Other than that, we had a great time and would stay here again."

This is a great property. Nicely furnished, close to the beach. Only thing that could be improved are the hide-a-bed mattresses. They were both really uncomfortable. They would work for children but for adults the mattresses are much too thin. The rental company is wonderful, we have rented through them a number of times and they are always professional and pleasant."
