The dining area is highlighted by a rectangle dining table, with seating for six positioned under a stunning chandelier. New mirrors in the living and dining area and new art work throughout the house has added a new dimension to this very popular home.
Off the great room via sliding-glass doors is an expansive screened-in porch with two overhead fans, various chairs and a table seating six. From here you'll see the super-sized, approximately 35' x 14' free form heated pool* with spa* complete with waterfall! And don't forget to say "hi" to Moonshellie, the grayhound statue! In the opposite direction off the great room are two bedrooms, each with twin beds. One is done in colors of yellow and pinks and textures for an obvious "girls" room and the other is decorated in shades of blue for the "boys" room. A full bath with tub/shower services these two bedrooms.
Passing through the laundry room with full size washer and dryer, is the other living room area complete with a new sleep sofa, a flat screen TV, and doors out to the spacious front deck with its own small table and chairs including a most unusual umbrella for shade. Back inside, there is also a second kitchen and a white butcher block table and chairs. From here you'll discover the fourth bedroom with a queen four poster bed and completely renovated private bath.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
