Newly Renovated Vacation Rental 2 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Large open lanai for meals and watching the sunset. NEW lanai dining set that seats 6 just added.
Large living room for relaxing with the family and also has a large flat screen tv.
Dining area has seating for 6 and you can make your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Kitchen also has a wine fridge for your use. 4 bar stools at the kitchen open counter next to dining table. Master bedroom has a on suite full bath, king size bed and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed that can also be converted to 2 beds and is located next to a full bathroom. You have a reserved parking stall and FREE HIGHSPEED WIFI for your use. Beach gear that also includes boogie boards and baby equipment is available for your use.

The Vistas Waikoloa is a private gated community with a large, heated saline pool, 2 hot tubs and bbq pavilion for guest to use. You are in walking distance to the Anaehoomalu Bay for a fun day at the beach and also a short walk to the shops and restaurants at The Kings Shops and The Queens Marketplace.

Beach gear, beach towels and beach chairs are also available for guest to use.

SPECIAL – Spend the day at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, you can buy a discounted DAY PASS to the pool/waterslide or relax at the spa with a SPA PASS. More info will be provided upon booking with us.

You must sign this Agreement and make your required payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Once your signed agreement and your deposit or full rental fee are received, a confirmation will be issued to you. If you do not receive a confirmation this does not void this agreement.
If your required payment is a deposit, the balance of your full payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. By authorizing a deposit payment via credit card, you are also authorizing the same credit card to be charged for the balance of the total charges 60 days prior to the check in date of your rental period. This additional authorization shall be exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at the time the balance becomes due. If you book your rental less than 60 days in advance of your stay, we will charge your full payment immediately by credit card. If the card will not process, you will be liable for the remaining balance due and authorize us to charge your credit card account on file, exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at that time, until your outstanding balance is satisfied. Once we receive your payment in full, as a courtesy we will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation notice to confirm receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY 61+ DAYS IS A $150 ADMINISTRATION FEE AND 60 DAYS and less is a full forfeiture unless property is rented during the time period.
WHILE PROPERTY MANAGER MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT BY THE REQUIRED DATE, Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee are not part of the initial deposit to hold the rental. The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment, therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking.
Collected money is non-refundable after 60 days of arrival. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and Property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental service payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 15% of deposit(s) paid. Customer shall give Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to clean the rental that you might deem dirty upon check in. Customer also gives Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to address any allegations that bugs or pests are in the rental. Ultimately, in order for you to claim the premises are unacceptable due to issues of cleanliness or bug/pest infestation, you must obtain a third-party opinion letter within forty eight (48) hours of arrival, (from a professional not staying in the rental that has physically witnessed the issue) to corroborate any allegations of poor quality services or accommodations.
Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. As a valued Customer, we want to do everything possible to make your trip is enjoyable and worry free. Since the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend (but do not require) CSA's Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager's discretion. There is no "reasonable" change of accommodation that this agreement requires Property Manager to make.
If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager's employees or contractors, KPC will work in good faith to help Property Manager and Customer reach a mutually acceptable resolution..
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $150.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Property Manager of the rental.


*Full Forfeiture: Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued to the extent of the dollar value the unit(s) is re-rented during the same dates as the cancelled reservation.
No refunds will be made for late check-ins; early check-outs, no-shows or for booked but unused services. Refunds will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The property rented becomes unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found; or, 2.) The property is sold by Owner, and no acceptable substitution is agreed upon, or,
Kohala Coast Properties, Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of trip interruption/trip cancelation insurance to help protect against financial losses if trip delay or cancelation is necessitated by certain kinds of unforeseen circumstances.

Nearby Activities in Waikoloa

When you rent a beach house or condo in Waikoloa, located on the west side of Hawaii's Big Island, you can enjoy tropical weather year-round and there will always be plenty of ways to explore the area. The best time of year to book an oceanfront home is from late May to early October, particularly for warm weather activities. Waikoloa is primarily a resort destination but has one fun fact that makes it genuinely Hawaiian; the village was built on top of a lava field! "Home away from home
We first noticed how spotless this place was! We all loved all the ameneties it had to offer, from beach chairs, umbrella to insulated cups. This place was very well equipped! We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family. If there is one thing that we didn't really love was the fact that it faced out to the busy street but even that wasn't a huge problem for us. "

Nice relaxing stay in this rental at Waikoloa. Everything in the listing was accurate. The complex was quiet and relaxing. Never heard any of the neighbors. Being on the bottom floor was definitely a plus. PLace was very clean and I appreciated all the beach amenities and items needed for our stay. Parking was no hassle. Amenities were very close. No complaints at all for our stay."

This is a really nice unit on the ground floor. Doesn't get much direct sunlight so it keeps cool even without the a/c on. Very spacious and quiet, kitchen is well stocked and there are supplies for beach activities. Very convenient to both Kings and Queens Marketplaces. We liked having breakfast on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay here."
