MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Excellent location
The unit is wonderful, conveniently located in kona . The condensation pump of the air conditioner is too loud . It turns on and off intermittently throughout the day and night and it wakes us up. The staff are very helpful. They provided us brand new cooler that we used for fishing.They have beach umbrella and beach chairs that we used. The staff responded to us in a timely manner if we have questions or if we need something. Thanks to the owner and the staff. We had a wonderful time."

"quick girl trip
Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Unit was well stocked and clean. Building, however, is in need of repairs. The underground parking is under construction and hard to maneuver in (we had a compact car and it was tight). It was also very dark and unsecured making it not feel overly safe. "
