Welcome to our "cottage feel" beachside retreat on Long Island Sound where you'll enjoy your very own private beach with stunning water views.

This cozy getaway features three bedrooms across two Floors. The second floor has two bedrooms—one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twin sized beds—while the first floor has a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Each floor is equipped with a bathroom that offers a shower, and/or bathtub.

You will find that each floor also includes its own living room with ample seating to recoup from the sun, or play board games, and a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy our breathtaking panoramic views from the two spacious decks, ideal for watching the sunrise over the marsh or sunset over the sound.

The house is ready for your extended stay. We have clean linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen with extras including; air fryer, hand mixer, blender, and toaster. We've included a coffee maker on both floors, and a mini fridge and microwave on the first floor for added conveniences. Outdoors, we have a new gas grill and ample seating, perfect for BBQs.

Stay connected with WiFi and entertained with smart TVs throughout the home. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also available on-site.

Live an angler's dream by catching dinner right out your door off the beach, adding another layer of excitement to your beachside stay, or we have a boat ramp at the end of the road, for easy access to the Sound for fishing by boat or playing with jet skis. Spend your days by laying out on the beach or take the canoe or two kayaks right down to the water edge and hop in to explore the shoreline.

We are a bike ride or walk away from a park and several restaurants and shops, including what the New York Times voted "the most romantic restaurant on Long by car to Wildwood state park, wineries/breweries/cider house/distillery, farm stands, Golf courses, East Wind Spa/Shoppes, Splish Splash water park, the Long Island aquarium and more....

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
