The Den can be used as 3rd Bedroom (pull-down wall bed). There are 3 oceanfront decks, one off of the Living Room, the Master Bedroom, and off of the lower level (with a hot tub).

There is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation.
Cancellation notice must be given 60 days prior to arrival, to receive deposit refund, minus $100 cancellation fee.
Within 60 days prior to arrival date, we do not refund rental amount for any reason.
