INSIDE THE HOUSE
This home forms the upper unit of a large house and is accessible via stairs. Inside, the main living area is sophisticated in black leather and marble, with leather couches around a marble fireplace and coffee table with built in chess set. A second living area features a 50” flat screen TV, with large leather seating for 7, a full wet bar and doors out to the balcony. A huge white-tiled kitchen and dining room for 7 are well equipped for the most demanding of chefs.
It’s the master bedroom that will really make your jaw drop. A king pedestal bed takes pride of place in a room that could be mistaken for your own private spa. There’s a marble fireplace, full-size jacuzzi that fits 4 with ease, massage chair and vanity. Soaring ceilings and balcony access complete the picture.
Claim it for yourself and let the rest of your party enjoy the remaining richly decorated bedrooms. There are full beds in the second and third which share a bathroom with tub/shower combo and a twin in the cozy fourth that has an en-suite with walk in shower.
Outside, there are places to sit and eat or run and play. The main patio has a table and 4 chairs, there are intimate seating spots in two more patio spaces, and the grassy yard has another outdoor seating spot for 4 and a canopied swing for lazy sun-drenched afternoons.
The home is in Beverlywood, positioned between downtown LA and the Santa Monica beaches so you can explore both with ease.
There are views of the Hillcrest Country Club and Roxbury Park is only a 3-minute drive away. Shopping enthusiasts can choose from Century City Mall, only 6 minutes by car, or venture slightly further for the famed Rodeo Drive.
The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is a ten-minute drive if you’re in the mood for some culture, and of course there are eateries all along West Pico Boulevard. Head to downtown LA in less than 20 minutes, or go the other way and find yourself on the golden sands at Santa Monica. Whatever you’ve come to Los Angeles for, you’ll find it easily from this amazing location.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
