Description

Located directly on Negril's 7-mile beach are the Beach House Villas with fabulous views of the Caribbean. Any closer to the water's edge and you would be swimming in Jamaica's turquoise water.

The villas are tastefully decorated with hand-made furnishings of native woods, and each villa has its own unique theme of Reef Fish, Seashells, Jungle Animal Prints or a Sun motif.

The villas are available with full kitchens and kitchenettes (all fully equipped), dining/living room, and Queen size futon couch/beds.

With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel.
Room service is also available from the oceanfront Beach House Restaurant and Bar -- Irie on the Beach -- or a private cook can be arranged for your party.

Guests can choose to rent parts or the whole villa or multiple villas for larger parties. Options are listed below.

Policies

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Beach House Villas requires a credit card voucher be held until check-out in the event that a key is lost.
There is a $25 U.S. charge for each key not returned.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Beach House Villas requires a US$25.00 per person cash or credit card deposit to be held until check-out.
Guests are responsible for damage to property incurred during their stay.
Items broken or missing are subject to a replacement value surcharge.

PARTY CLEAN-UP
Should your group entertain in the villa(s), leaving housekeeping with an extra amount of clean-up, an additional clean-up fee will be charged of US$30.00 per kitchen (per party).

CANCELLATIONS
Payments are fully refundable if notified 60 days prior to trip and 50% refundable if notified 30 days prior to trip.
Any reductions in stay or cancellations after that date are non-refundable.

Cancellations for the months of December and January must be made by October 1 or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
For those times of Acts of God‚ when airports close, cancel or delay flights we suggest the purchase of travel insurance. In these cases we will offer resort credit for a future stay.

PAYMENT POLICY
Rates do not include a 10% standard Jamaican service charge which does not serve as staff tipping or mandatory 8.25% government hotel bed tax.
All payments must be made in full upon making reservations, unless reservation is booked 4 or more months in advance and total is over US$3,000, which then requires 50% payment upon making reservations and 50% balance due 60 days prior to stay.
50% deposit payment option not applicable for the month of December.

REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and be sent via email or to Vacation Properties, LTD - P.O. Box 481, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84110.

Those cancellations that meet our policy and have a refund due will be processed in accordance to the policy stated less 5% credit card fee for those payments made by credit card.

Refund will be issued by check and will be processed within 21 business days from receipt of written request.
