Gullway Beach House is the perfect vacation getaway for your family vacation. Two sides of the townhouse are on the water with a boat dock for your personal use. The back deck is perfect to entertain family and friends or to enjoy a hot cup of early morning coffee and watch the sun rise. There is also a small deck off the master bedroom.
Kitchen has recently been remodeled and includes a stone tiled pass through/bar that seats 4 just for the fun of it!  Carport for parking guest car.  Ten minute walk from the beach. Two blocks from boardwalk and trolley.One block from Jolly Roger & Splash Mountain.

Refrigerator- Microwave-All kitchen appliances and dishes-outdoor grill, dishwasher, disposal & washer & dryer. One television-VCR and DVD in family room. Air conditioning and heating (for winter holidays).  Free use of swimming pool-Plenty of parking.
Bring your own towels and linens ( 2 queen beds..1 full bed....1 twin bed...and  l bunk bed).
A local linen service can be recommended. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom number 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed. We also have a very, very comfortable blow-up queen bed.

No pets...can recommend pet care services close by.

Do not rent to groups under the age of 21.
No smoking inside townhouse. Approved on deck.
$500 deposit due ASAP to hold week you want to reserve.at time reservation is made. $250 Security Deposit Due at time of Arrival. Returned in full in one week if there is no damage to property.
Balance of rent due 14 days prior to arrival.
