|Two bedroom, one bath upper level on the 900 block of East Oceanfront is an awesome bargain. House has been freshly painted and newly furnished, but is uniquely as-is.
Enjoy the park and ocean view from the private deck. The living room has full ocean views and is furnished with a sleeper sofa and TV. Small kitchen has a range and refrigerator. Bonus room with pass through window to kitchen is great as a pantry and storing beach gear. Extra large bathroom has original claw-footed tub and shower plus vanity area. The first bedroom has a queen bed and good closet space. The second bedroom has two twins and ample closet space and has windows on both sides.
Built before many of Newport's other beach homes, this grand dame of original beach house construction has some interesting features and all the basic comforts. Ceilings are low, so the statuesque need to tread carefully! Those with a more concise vertical rise will be right at home.
Check with the office in regards to parking.
Charcoal grill on the deck.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00]. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations.
