Exotic and lavish furnishings from faraway places await you at this newly re-built (Summer 2005), professionally decorated luxury home located just off the beach. Pamper yourself with the finest amenities in this 3050 sq. ft, 6 bedroom dream beach house spread out over 3 levels. You can indulge yourself in countless luxury appointments such as the down comforters, dreamy bedroom settings with fireplaces, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a deluxe hydro massage hot tub. Bathed in warm natural earth tones, the recurrent theme is one of a distant island getaway, featuring an array of exotic materials such as bamboo, teak and natural fibers complemented by a selection of tasteful antiquities. The main living area has a high ceilings, bamboo hardwood floor, complete with its own bar, sofas, throw pillows, oriental rugs, and 19th century accent pieces. The state of the art Cherry Kitchen is dressed with Blue Azul del mar Granite from Italy which literally changes color with the sky and ocean.
The views and spectacular sunrises will remain with you forever. Due to the special upside down design of the home, some of the bedrooms are on the ground level but even afford ocean views. The recreation room with bar area TV and fireplace are downstairs, while the main and second levels boast both living and private master bedroom suites sleeping areas with fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. Thereby affording great views from the areas where you spend the most time. There is sand and dune on ground level, deck on (main floor) and European balconies on the top floor.
Twelve (12) beach badges are included with the rental.
The adjoing home with 4 Bedrooms may also be avaiable for extended family and friends to stay.
Policy
- Off-street parking for 3 cars (maximum) with ample on-street day & night parking just 2 blocks
- Property owned and managed by Joseph and Denise Lipman
- Every care is taken so that you will have a wonderful vacation.
- Our home is kept in the best possible condition, but occasionally something will malfunction. We cannot guarantee air conditioning or other appliances. We do guarantee that repairs will be made to keep our home and its equipment in good working order.
- The lease will only be in one person’s name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept "sharing." We are willing to consider two families.
- We want your stay to be as pleasurable as possible. If you have any questions, please write or call.
- If you will not be able to make your stay, we require no less than 6 months notification.
- Cancellation is subject to the terms of the Short Term Lease.
- A 10% fee will be withheld on all refunds/deposits. No refunds after April 1.
