You'll enjoy relaxing in the spacious great room with ocean views, comfortable seating for 8 on custom leather couches, a fireplace, and a 50" flatscreen TV.
The central focus of the dining room is a magnificent limestone table with seating for 6. With a wet bar and the slider access to the patio with a table for al fresco dining.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including all stainless steel appliances, a sub zero refrigerator, and custom cherry wood cabinetry.
It also has a cozy breakfast nook where you can sip coffee or cocktails and cheer on any cook(s) in the kitchen.
A private office with an ocean view is also available if you need to get some work done during your stay.
All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs, and offer both spectacular whitewater views and cool ocean breezes. The first master suite has panoramic ocean and sunset views, a high end king bed, a 42" flatscreen TV, a full private bath with a soaking tub, and a private outdoor deck.
The second master suite also provides ocean views, has a high end, ultra-comfortable queen bed, full private bath, a large TV, and has been furnished with Tommy Bahama furnishings to give it a warm and tropical ambiance.
The third ocean view bedroom, decorated in a nautical theme with custom furnishings and bedding, has a plush queen bed, private full bath, and also a private ocean view balcony.
The fourth bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, a full bath, and a private deck with a view too! It also has its own bathroom. All bedroom and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 8 and there is a washer and dryer for your use.
This premiere beach is popular among kayakers, stand up paddlers, swimmers, and snorkelers, and is also a perfect place to simply relax and enjoy the sunshine too.

It is about a 10-minute walk to eclectic La Jolla Village with coffee shops, gas stations, and convenience stores. It is only about 1½ miles to freeway access in case you wish to explore the many world-class attractions in the San Diego area.

If I cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book my reservation. If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of my reservation at full price, I will receive 100% of the deposit back minus the $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of my reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I will receive a refund based on this newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and the $250 cancellation fee. If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
