Watch spectacular sunrises. Build sand castles. Collect shells and petrified shark teeth. Go for long walks on the beach and around the southern tip of Topsail Island. Walk to the pier and watch the fishermen or cast your own line. Gaze on the shrimp boats in the ocean and the dolphins that follow them. Marvel at the brown pelicans as they dive for food or soar overhead. Bring your surf board or boogie board and test your skills on the waves. Go kayaking- or even kiteboarding!

Stroll into "town" (10 min.) for a burger or an ice cream cone. Pick up a gift for those back home while you are there or visit the Sea Turtle Hospital. Finish your day with a walk on the beach to hunt for ghost crabs.

So much to do and nothing to do. Your mantra is RELAX. We have plenty of books, puzzles, games, and movies for you to while the days away. Just bring your linens and toothbrush! And don't forget a camera.

• SECOND FLOOR: Oceanfront Family Room with 42” color cable plasma TV, home theater surround sound, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, and direct access to beach; 2 oceanfront bedrooms (Q beds) with direct access to deck; 1 street side bedroom (twin beds); 2 full baths; study w/ cable modem and wireless WiFi Internet access; utility closet with washer/dryer; oceanfront deck with 4 rocking chairs, outdoor stereo speakers, outdoor shower w/ H/C water, and boardwalk to beach.

• GROUND FLOOR: tiled foyer; elevator, covered carports and patio with picnic table; porch swing; hammock, gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower with changing room and H/C water.

Every bedroom has a telephone and TV with DVD player or VCR. The Family Room and Living Room have expanded Digital Cable TV with ESPN, HBO, Showtime and Cinemax.

We supply a few beach chairs and a beach umbrella. 

• Renters must be related adults, aged 23 and older.
• NO SMOKING.
• NO PETS.
• BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND SHEETS. Q Sheets should be for deep-pocketed mattresses. (Blankets, bedspreads and pillows are provided.)
• Nonrefundable Administrative Fee of $50.00 is required.
• State and local taxes in force at time of occupancy are required.
• Vacation Rental Insurance is optional and nonrefundable.
• Either Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (non-refundable and included in Initial Payment) OR Tenant Security Deposit (included in Final Payment) is required.
