| Discover the vacation of a lifetime in this spacious four bedroom air-conditioned house.
It is located on the southeast side of Lubbers Quarters cay with a white sandy beach
and your own private dock at your doorstep.
This two-story, four bedroom home, sleeps 8 comfortably - 1 king, 2 queens, and two singles.
Two baths, plus an outside closed in shower. All linens are supplied except beach towels.
Every room provides a view of the turquoise sea of Abaco. Leading from the living room is a large screened porch which provides a place to relax in a hammock and enjoy the fabulous panoramic view.

This is not a cottage - it is a house with electricity (no Solar) and an automatic back-up Generator.
Exclusive private dock - fish from the dock and sun in our beach chairs, Dock your boat and enjoy the crystal clear water, watch the parade of sailboats go by, and Stargazing is a must.
Our caretaker Donnie, lives on the Island, close by. Donnie also has a Kayaking guide service.. There is a Bakery on the island called The Sunshine Shack.

Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within the 60 days are non-refundable unless alternative guests are booked for that date. If alternate guests are booked, we will refund your reservation in full.
Reservations made within 2 months of arrival require full payment at the time of booking
and may require expedited mailing.
Rentals generally are from Sat-Sat but we can be flexible.
Check-in is 2:00pm - Check-out is prior to 10:00am, still flexible if possible.
Children and pets are welcome.
No smoking in the house please.
Master card and Visa are accepted.
