Here you can truly experience the Southern California coastal lifestyle as you are only about a block away from famous La Jolla Shores Cove and 1/2 block from Kellogg Park where you can watch the waves come in and the kids play at the same time!
A hand carved wooden gate opens into the front courtyard with a bistro table perfect for 2-4. A spacious backyard patio with a barbecue and a table for 6 makes al fresco easy.
The large family room, accessible from both the side and back courtyards, has a comfortable couch and matching love seat so everyone can be together and enjoy the happenings. Besides a custom-built wet bar and wine refrigerator, you can enjoy a custom tiled fire place, large flat screen TV with full cable and DVD player, and surround sound that can be played in the courtyard.
The gracious dining room has a formal table with seating for up to 8 people. A large window and French doors open out to the front courtyard.
A spacious, fully furnished gourmet kitchen showcases hand picked granite counter tops, tile, and custom cabinets. Major appliances are stainless steel and all the small appliances you need to create everything from snacks to a full-on feast are also available. The kitchen is separated from the family room by a large granite top breakfast bar with seating for 2 and has easy access to the side patio and back courtyard so outdoor dining is a breeze.
The 1st master suite, located up the stunningly tiled spiral staircase, features a king bed with premiere linens and pillows. Enjoy ocean views from the enormous window or watch TV with full cable on the large flat screen TV from the comfortable fainting couch. The en suite bathroom has two individual sinks, a glass door shower, and a claw foot bathtub.
The 2nd master suite has a king bed and French doors that open up to the front courtyard. You will enjoy staying cozy next to the gas fireplace or staying cool under the ceiling fan in this newly upgraded room. The en suite bathroom features a glass door shower and a pedestal sink.
The spacious 3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin sofa bed as well as large closets and French doors that open onto your private ocean view balcony.
The 3rd shared bathroom is conveniently located amongst the bedrooms and features a dual sink vanity, a shower, and a tub.
The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and French doors open out to the back courtyard. There is also a queen inflatable bed for additional sleeping space. A fourth bath has a shower/tub with custom tile and high-end fixtures.
The 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds, a queen inflatable bed, a walk-in closet, and festive Spanish décor. Enjoy a fresh ocean breeze when you open the French doors onto another private balcony that overlooks the back courtyard.

Located just a ½ block to La Jolla Shores Beach, has a stellar rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views, and a small park nearby.
The bedrooms and baths are spread through the house to allow you delightful privacy too.

No smoking is allowed inside any or our properties.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
There is parking for 2 cars and additional street parking.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
