 Both of our beachfront vacation rental homes have huge private beaches, bonfire rings, beach tables and chairs for your exclusive use. You do not share any of the property or facilities with anyone other than your own group assuring your privacy and safety.

 There is no street, sidewalk, railroad track, fence, hill, staircase, or seawall between you and the ocean as is the case with many properties that advertise “on the beach”. They are located three houses apart so we use them both for large family reunions and weddings.

Both homes are in a block of exclusive single family homes and away from the noisy pier area or the areas of apartments and condos. Although in walking distance to the pier, food and entertainment areas, you are away from the public restrooms, public parking lots and public beach access that tend be rather noisy at all hours of the day.

 There is off street private parking for both homes-a “must have item” when vacationing at the beach. For our guests that have hypo-allergenic needs, our properties have wood floors (so you are protected from the mildew and wet sand that becomes embedded in rentals with wall to wall carpet) Our washable duvet covers on all bedding is another assurance of a fresh and immaculately maintained property.

 Sun, fish, swim, surf or collect sand dollars and sea shells from your own backyard! Toast marshmallows while sitting next to your private fire ring. Stroll to the nearby pier for a morning cup of coffee or watch magnificent sunsets by the bonfire. If you need to cancel your reservations, we can only return any payments once the property has been rebooked.  We reserve the right to make updates  to the home and features not always reflected on the web site. 

Failure to walk on the beach and enjoy sunsets will result in a fine of two sand dollars per day.  We want this to be the beach house you return to year after year!

We require a $500 dollar deposit to reserve the home.  If you have to cancel your reservations, we can only return any payments once the proerty has been rebooked for that time period.

The home rents Friday to Friday or on a weekly and monthly schedule year round

No smoking and no pets please.

The reservation is for the number of people specified on your original email.

We collect a security deposit at time of check in and return this deposit after check out.
