Minimum Stay Requirements
2-Night minimum, except 3-Night minimum on observed holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year's Day), and 7-night minimum during Summer Season (6/12 - 8/13).

Deposits & Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total account balance, including all applicable fees and taxes, is due within 14 days of reservation. Reservations made fewer than 30 days in advance require payment in full.

Cancellations & Refunds
A 45-day cancellation policy is in effect.

Taxes
Your account balance will include a 1/2% Brunswick County tax, a 6% Village of Bald Head Island accommodations tax and 6.5% NC sales tax. Any changes in current tax rates will be applied on the effective date.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time for your accomodation is 5:00 p.m. and Check-out time from your accomodation is 12:00 p.m. (Friday-Friday).
