Your “home away from home,” this second row 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house provides a private pool and hot tub, just steps away from one of the best beaches on Hilton Head (as featured in Hilton Head Magazine). Located on Dune Lane, a quiet residential street in North Forest Beach, it is only a short walk away from Coligny Plaza, where shopping, dining and entertainment abound. If you prefer to bike your way around, the bike path is easily accessible from the house. If tennis and/or golf are your choice, both Van de Meer Tennis centers are nearby, and there are 38 golf courses on the island from which to choose. And of course, a variety of water activities abound on Hilton Head.

Spacious rooms, decorated with your comfort in mind, provide an inviting atmosphere and have been designed to give you a place to ‘kick back and relax.’ The house comfortably accommodates 14 - 16 in its six bedrooms.

Enter the house from the front door and you’ll enter a spacious living area, complete with large TV/DVD and stereo/CD player and plenty of seating. The dining area is off to your left, and the kitchen, complete with a bar area, is straight ahead. This level features two complete master suites with king size beds, each with a private full bath and walk-in closet. One master has its own outdoor deck area off the room, and the other offers a fireplace, view to the pool and easy access to the screened in porch. Additionally there is another queen bedroom, also with a full bath. The laundry room and office area, with wireless internet access, are also on this level.

Take the stairs up to the second level, and you’ll find an additional master suite with two queen size beds, private bath and walk-in closet, a second living area with tv/DVD, a fifth bedroom with a queen size bed, a sixth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a full shared bathroom, an efficient exercise area in the loft, and an intimate outdoor balcony.

There is plenty of outdoor living space as well! On the main level, the screened in porch provides plenty of seating and a spiral staircase down to the pool level. At the pool level, there is a large deck area around the pool/hot tub, complete with lounge chairs and a gas grill. There is also a large covered open air living space (loggia) seating for relaxing or seats and tables for dining. Also on this level is an outdoor hot/cold shower.

Whether you are looking for a quiet place to read by yourself, a small area to talk with an intimate group, a place for fellowship with your entire family or a business group; whether your vacation interests call you to the beach, golf course, tennis courts, bike trail, shopping center or just to a chair by the pool, this Dune Lane house has it all!
