Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. "Great Location
We enjoyed this unit. The side view of the ocean is great. It is almost like having direct ocean view. The condo was very clean and the company was easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable but the living room furniture is not so comfortable and is a bit outdated. The bathrooms were on the small size as well. There isn’t a bathroom at the pool area and if you are on the beach you are at a public beach access so you can use those restrooms if needed. Overall it was a good place to stay. "

This condo was okay. My husband and I had stayed in a different condo last October that we liked much better. The carpet and upholstered dining room chairs were pretty stained and the living room furniture was not comfortable at all. I wish there was a table on the balcony since I really enjoy eating and drinking my coffee while looking at the beach. It was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids and never felt overcrowded. It's located further down and is not within walking distance to restaurants, but that did not matter to us. Overall, we won't be staying in this particular condo again, but do plan to stay at another brooks and shorey condo in the future. "

It was wonderful, Condo was just as the picture showed. The ice machine didn’t work which did not factor with our stay at all. The only trouble we had was the gentleman dad gave out the chairs and umbrellas, he was not very on top of his game all days we had difficulty getting the chairs. This did not hinder our vacation at all."

"Spacious and great location for peaceful get away
This unit is spacious. 4 adults very comfortable. Not luxurious. Beds not comfortable...had thick foam mat over mattress. No beach towels provided. full size W/D in unit was convenient. Kitchen utensils moderate at best but sufficient. Carpet very dated as are the living area furnishing. Lovely beach access, not crowded. Beach assistants very cordial. The pool is basic."

"The air conditioner
On a whole everything was great, but the one bedroom you got froze out of the other didn’t get air. Also ice maker didn’t work right. It was very comfortable otherwise."

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Location of condo was right by the charcoal grills. Easy walk to pool and beach. Carts are available to take bags and groceries to the room which was nice as you're on the fourth floor. Elevator is located by condo. The ice maker did not work. Dont forget your cooler and cups to take to the beach. Things I wish I had packed: shower toiletries, t.p., hair dryer, dish soap, coffee and filters, tide and downy. Would book again. "

"At the beach
Brooks and Shorey, as always, were very easy with which to work. We had a few glitches with the TV cable and the AC, and they responded very quickly and resolved the problems. 406 IBR was a disappointment for the price, however. It was very dated and worn."

"Working Vacation
It was a working "Vacation" 12 hour work days, So it was nice to come to a place where i could prepare my own meal and watch the news while i ate. The unit i had lacked T.V. trays or a coffee table so i had to compromise and use the ironing board. Every Morning there was ocean air and every night the same so no complaints there. was expecting a bit more when it came to amenities, A larger television would have been nice as i have poor vision, and the wifi signal was weak and failed to support my travel fire stick so i was not able to keep up with "My" sports teams and i ended up burning up my personal data on my phone. the beds were just my speed as far as comfort, and having a washer and drier helped me greatly. Overall it was nice to have a place to call "Home" while on my business trip and i will be calling again when travel is required to the Destin area again. "

I really enjoyed my stay everything about this Condo was great no complaints!! Only thing I needed was garbage bags and washing detergent!! My family loved the pool!! The beach was ok we seen some dolphins and hermit crabs and they kids were amazed!! The current in the water was kinda strong but we still was able to enjoy the beach! We were right around a bunch of stores, restaurants, bars, and plenty of activities for kids and adults!! Destin was 5mins down the Main Street!! We definitely will be back for a longer stay at the same place!! LOVED IT
