Rates/Deposits
Please add 11% tax(6% sales tax, 2% state accommodation tax, 3% county accommodation tax) & $75 reservation/damage waiver fee. 50% deposit is due at time of booking to hold reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A refundable $1000 security deposit is required with your final payment.

Cancellations and Refunds
If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival, $75.00 will be charged.
If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is not rerented, no refund.
If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is rerented, the actual rental amount received minus $75.00 will be refunded. Seaside Getaways manages this home.
