| The Ocean Front has a ground floor suite right on the beach. I update and refurnish these homes every 1-2 years (i.e. replace couches, carpets, and towels/linens etc.). This bottom unit has two bedrooms (2 Queens and 1 twin bed), a brand new full size leather couch that has ample room to sleep on, two full bathrooms, and a very accommodating kitchen-living area which is great for families gatherings (very few beach houses have enough room to accommodate large gatherings in living rooms) 8 people could comfortably watch TV or play games together in the living room. The living room and kitchen all have a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. It's two steps to the beach and about a 1 minute walk for groceries, restaurants, and two great sports bars.
You and your family can also take a 7 min. stroll, day or night, down the boardwalk to Belmont Park which features shopping, a penny arcade, ice cream parlors, bumper cars, a HUGE man made Wave Machine (which sports several outdoor restaurants and bar areas), and the infamous Wooden Roller Coaster. Every age would love all the entertainment during the days or nights! So convenient you might as well leave your car at home! (one car parking for this unit)
Sea World and deep sea fishing are only a 5 minute car ride away! The San Diego Zoo, the Airport, and La Jolla are only 15 minutes max. and you are also about 15 minutes to tennis courts and golf course. Dell Mar Racing is one of the most prestigious race tracks in the world and is located in Dell Mar , about 25 min. away depending on traffic. This 5 bedroom/4 bath Condo is truly one the most beautiful homes in the area. It will dazzle you with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and sunsets that seem to disappear at your fingertips.
Every bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV, high grade linens and towels, and updated furnishings. The flooring id travertine tile, granite counter tops, and a great fireplace. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom too. How about a hot/cold outdoor shower?! It even comes with 1 Washer and 1 Dryer! In other words bring the following:
3 pairs of shorts, a bikini, 3 t-shirts, sandals, shades, and a hat (maybe a windbreaker)....That's it!
........NOW IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE SOMETHING INCREDIBLE (FAMILIES OR FRIENDS)......
What's really cool is to go down to the docks in San Diego which is in downtown San Diego, and visit the retired Midway Aircraft Carrier, It's about a 30-45 min. self tour on the ship which they give you complimentary head phones to describe everything about the ship and all of the WW1, WWII, Korean War, and Viet Nam Fighter planes/jets that are housed on it. You get to sit in the Captain's chair or climb aboard a real fighter jet or helicopter. ( I've taken 6 groups to see it in one year). It is also located right next to 5 other attractions that you can climb aboard and go through, Two 16th century pirate type ships including the Star of India, a Russian submarine with the torpedoes still ready for launch, a huge ferry from the turn of the century (19th), and a millionaires yacht from early 1900's. Then go over to the Fish Market for the best sea food in all of San Diego!
The San Diego Padres base ball team plays in downtown San diego which is only about a 15 min. walk from the boats.
Humphreys by the Cove is an outdoor concert venue that sits next to a yacht club on Shelter Island and seats about 1800 people on the grass watching the likes of Stevie Wonder, Steve Winwood, Lyle Lovett, Randy Newman, and many more that play all types of music almost every night. THE BEST PLACE FOR A CONCERT I HAVE EVER SEEN. (AND YOU WATCH IT IN SHORTS, FLIP FLOPS, AND T-SHIRT!) If you find out another friend might be there, you'll definitely run into them...it's small, but very roomy.
IF YOU WANT A CLASSY, COMFORTABLY VACATION THAT YOUR FAMILY WILL BUG YOU TO COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN, THEN THIS IS THE BEACH HOUSE! YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF FOR THE HARD YEAR YOU JUST PUT IN.

-Historic Belmont Park with its historic roller coaster is just a 5 min walk away. Belmont is filled with rides and activities for the kids. Belmont also offers a variety of stores, and restaurants.
