Payment & Deposit
To make a reservation a 25% deposit is required.

Payments may be made by check or credit card.

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel and get a full refund (less 10% of total rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, refund is subject to re-letting the property.
