An over-sized couch, soothing art work, and special touches enhance this tranquil room. The adjoining dining area seats 6 for family evening meals.

Its en suite bath has a “spa-“like quality and features large counter with double sinks, a large walk in shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub, a walk in closet, and also a computer desk and chair.
The second bedroom has a king bed, mounted flat screen TV, and shares the full bathroom with bedroom next door through an adjoining door. This third bedroom has bunk bed with a queen on the bottom with a single above it, a mounted flat screen TV, and small writing desk, - a perfect room for the children and teens.
There is also a twin trundle bed for more comfortable sleeping allowing this home to comfortably sleep 11 if 2 people share the lower queen bunk bed 10 if not.
The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor off of the garage with a queen bed - great for teens, a Nanny or guests wanting more privacy.
Take the stairs one level up from the living area to the roof top view deck to watch the famous La Jolla sunsets or to soak up the afternoon sunshine.
An attached garage is available for off street parking. This home has central air conditioning, and also a full size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.

This home is walking distance to the famous Windansea Beach and La Jolla Village. It is also only a short drive to the Cove and La Jolla Shores Beach.
Location is very convenient to most area attractions, downtown San Diego, area shops and restaurants, as well as world-renown attractions such as The San Diego Zoo and SeaWorld.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
