Direct Ocean Front (Well Maintained; Great View) Vacation Rental Information

Only other cost in addition to rental price is tax and optional linen package (most of our renters bring their own linens to save this expense but package is available). No booking fees or hidden cost when renting our condo. We have a management company that handles all the rental details once you decide to reserve. The do accept personal checks, credit cards and money orders. Deposit is half the rental cost and all money is held in a real estate escrow trust account. They will also check you in and out plus they are available should any issues arise in the condo while your vacationing.
The condo has a brand new kitchen that was added in 2010! The new kitchen includes new cabinets and granite counter top. A new 30" full size stove and oven. New refrigerator and dish washer added in 2012. Condo was also just painted this fall. The living room has been updated with new B-board panel and chair rail and 4 foot x 8 foot mirror.
The view from our condo is constantly noted by our guest in the guest book. There are a few things that make our direct ocean view so special, first the 3rd floor brings you up from the beach but yet not too high. The real special part of the view from inside the condo is the picture window in the living room. It goes accross almost the entire wall and then is only about 10 inches off the floor. There is no balcony railing to block the view from the living room. All you will see when looking out the window is the beach and ocean! The balcony is located in front of the master bedroom and is accessed from the living room and also the master bedroom. Great sun rises to watch while lying in bed in master!
Our condo is decorated in light "beachy colors" and it shows off a beautiful, direct oceanfront view from the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with sky lights that add to the open, airy feel. Wireless Internet has been added to the Surf Villas building, therefore units now have wireless Internet access.
The condo was completely renovated, new appliances, paint, carpet, and furniture and is well-maintained. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The condo is professionally cleaned following every rental, plus owners do a deep cleaning every Spring and Fall.
Condo is located on the 3rd floor of Surf Villa's AT 805 S. Ocean Blvd., North Myrtle Beach.
Condo is pet friendly for well-behaved pets from October to April. Sorry no pets permitted during the Summer season by rule of the Homeowner's Association.
The bedrooms are set up for multiple family use. The master has a direct ocean front view, so you will be able to lay in the queen size bed and watch the sun rise. The master bedroom overlooks the balcony. The master has it's own private bath with a full size tub and shower, plus and sink and toilet.
The second bedroom has a double and a single bed in it and the bathroom is located right outside it's door and directly across the hall. The hall bathroom has a sink and vanity, toilet and walk in tiled shower. This bedroom has a closet and double dresser and mirror for storing cloths.
The third bedroom is located on the street side of the condo and it set up with a double and a single bed. Bedroom has closet as well as dresser for storing cloths. The bath is right outside it in the hall way. Bath is shared by both second and third bedroom.
The condo is located at 6th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach. It is approximately 4 miles north of Barefoot landing and 7 mies from Broadway at the beach. Another great feature is that the condo is located only 6 blocks south of Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. Downtown North Myrtle Beach offers so much to see and do. It is still a small downtown area, but it has great restaurants, shops, ice cream shops and bike rentals.
The condo is our 2nd home and get away so attention to detail and constant improvement is something we do . If you are a high school young group or college spring breakers, we do rent to younger groups. We do prefer to talk to you on the phone to discuss rental details.
Great location for shopping and restaurants, plus Myrtle Beach offers over 100 great golf courses, plus miniature golf. Wonderful family vacation area with beautiful, clean beaches. This condo is ideally located for North Myrtle Beach Shag events. The beach is clean and has daily cleaning during the high season. The sand is packed and a great place to ride a bike and also great for walking. The area is perfect for family and group vacations. There is so much to do including: mini golf, movies, IMAX theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Alabama Theater, Palace Theater, the Legends Show and over 100 golf courses.
