The home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, three new televisions each with DVD or VCRs, extensive DVD library, and a large screened patio. Guest bedroom also has a private lanai and the master bedroom has a private sun/moon deck.

Just a one minute walk to our pristine, private beach, via our private boardwalk and only a 30 second walk to the heated swimming pool. House located in the heart of Captiva village. Park your car upon arrival and stroll over to restaurants, shops, rentals and general store. So convenient!
