The house is close to NC State Aquarium, Kure Beach Fishing pier, Fort Fisher State Park, Southport Ferry, historic downtown Wilmington, Screen Gems film studio, fishing, boating, surfing, swimming, and some of the best restaurants in North Carolina.
Feel the incredible breezes and enjoy fabulous ocean views from the wrap around porch and balcony, all located on a quiet family street just steps to the beach. The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom Suite, located on the first floor, has a high-end mattress for your comfort and luxurious bedding. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, along with a loft space for kids to play. The second bedroom has a beautiful, antique brass bed, and the children's bedroom has two matching twin beds. There is Dish network access and DVD players in the Master bedroom as well as the children's bedroom.
After a long day at the beach, come home and relax in front of the big screen TV in the Living Room equipped with a DVD player and Dish Network Cable. If you need to be in contact with work, or just want to peruse the internet for information about Kure Beach and North Carolina, the house is equipped with DSL computer access.
For dinner, eat at one of the amazing local restaurants a short drive away. Or, if you'd rather fix a home-cooked meal, enjoy the large eat-in Kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a brand new microwave & refrigerator. Enjoy your home-cooked meal in the formal Dining Room with seating for the whole family.
The house also has a brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room on the main level, and an outdoor shower with hot & cold water to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. Bath towels are provided in your rental, so be sure to bring your beach towels!

The street address is 101 Seaward Court, Kure Beach, NC 28449. This house is not oceanfront; it is considered oceanview. The house has central AC with two zones.

Rental Rate
Summer (High) Season: Memorial Day to Labor Day (see note below)
2013 Rental fee is $995.00 plus $125 cleaning fee; NC tax is $145.60. Total is $1,265.60 USD.
*NC taxes are subject to change.
Note: We only rent the house in the summer season. We do not rent the house from Labor Day to Memorial Day; however, exceptions can be made. If you are interested in a non-summer season rental, please contact us for more information.
Additional Fees
Tax not included in rental rate but it is included in the total for rental, $1265.60.
$400 Security Deposit required (refunded within 30 days after check-out)

Payment
Deposit of $400 is due upon signing of the rental agreement in order to reserve the house. Payment in full must be received 30 days prior to rental date.
