The living room is adjacent to the kitchen in a friendly open floor plan with sofa and easy chairs plus cable TV/DVD player and wireless/broadband internet access. Futon available in nook area.

The kitchen is fully appointed with an island and breakfast nook. Also included is a Propane BBQ, decks and outdoor/patio furniture on protected deck off the kitchen.

Large back yard suitable to set up croquet, badminton, or volleyball. Just steps to the beach in quiet north Seaside, this residential home is perfect for those who want to spread out and relax.
