719 N. Downing in Seaside

Right on the corner of 8th and North Downing, this home is close to town and a block to the beach. All linens are provided (please bring beach towels for beach use). The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot. The living room has a piano and fireplace. The dining room is just off the kitchen and living room. There is a TV with cable, VCR, stereo, alarm clock. Upstairs has a queen bedroom, a double bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with a single twin in each. There is a futon on the sunporch as well.

Rental Rates

A security deposit is required to reserve a house. The reservation must be secured by reciept of the security deposit within two weeks of the confirmation date, or the date cited in the reservation confirmation, should the arrival date be sooner. All reservations must be paid for in advance. Room moves are not allowed after arrival and are considered cancelled reservations with applicable penalties.

**All rental homes in Seaside are subject to a nightly room tax of 9% which will be charged in addition to the room rent.
