Diane's beach house is just 1/2 block to beach and a few blocks to downtown. Downstairs has the living room with woodstove, cable TV/VCR, fully appointed kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, stove, dishwasher. The bathroom is also downstairs and includes a jacuzzi tub and double bedroom. Go upstairs to find the loft style bedrooms each with a double size bed. One bedroom passes through to the other with a door for privacy. This beach cottage sleeps 6 people maximum and is perfect for a small family and has easy access to the beach, downtown, shopping, eateries, or the Convention Center.

Rental Rates

A security deposit is required to reserve a house. The reservation must be secured by reciept of the security deposit within two weeks of the confirmation date, or the date cited in the reservation confirmation, should the arrival date be sooner. All reservations must be paid for in advance. Room moves are not allowed after arrival and are considered cancelled reservations with applicable penalties.

**All rental homes in Seaside are subject to a nightly room tax of 9% which will be charged in addition to the room rent.
***The minimum length of stay varies by season. This information can be obtained when making a rental inquiry.
