The kitchen is fully appointed including microwave, and coffee pot. The living room has a double hide-a-bed, cable TV including HBO and VCR. Dining room is right off the kitchen. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with brand new and very comfortable beds. One has a queen bed, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a double. The bathroom is upstairs with tub/shower and all linens and sheets are provided (please bring beach towels for beach use). There is also a hibachi BBQ for use. Beach toys and games are provided as well as portable chairs for the beach. Great for a family, 2 couples, or rent both sides for a larger family gathering. Wireless internet access and pet friendly with approval and pet deposit.

Rental Rates

A security deposit is required to reserve a house. The reservation must be secured by reciept of the security deposit within two weeks of the confirmation date, or the date cited in the reservation confirmation, should the arrival date be sooner. All reservations must be paid for in advance. Room moves are not allowed after arrival and are considered cancelled reservations with applicable penalties.

**All rental homes in Seaside are subject to a nightly room tax of 9% which will be charged in addition to the room rent.
