This 3 bedroom 3 bath 1406 foot condo is perfect for a family vacation as it is ideally located very close to the Balboa Island Fun Zone with a short stroll to either Newport Beach or the gorgeous Balboa Bay. How fun, simple and easy!

If you are looking for a home that is close to everything that this breathtaking very family oriented town has to offer, this is your place!
You can walk everywhere. You are close to boat/jet ski/bike rentals, Fun Zone, amazing restaurants, shopping, Auto Ferry/Balboa Island, and it is just a quick drive to famous South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island for great shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Disneyland and California Adventure are about 20 – 30 minutes away. – how easy!
As you enter the home you find yourself in a bright, cheerful “great room” where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all connected to make it easy to be together whether you are taking a break from our adventures, enjoying your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted flat screen, or relaxing near the fireplace.
A gorgeous state of the art delightfully cheerful kitchen is the perfect place for preparing great meals for all guests, family, and friends. A spacious dining area seats 6, there is a breakfast bar for 3, and an outdoor table for 4 for dining outside is just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
There are beautiful sunset views from this outside patio and there is also a barbecue for you to use. Enjoy dining al fresco, as the weather here is usually very conducive to enjoying a meal outside on the patio year round.
The master suite has a king bed, a large flat screen TV on a dresser, and a full en suite bath. A second bedroom has a king bed also. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds with a twin trundle bed, so up to 3 children can sleep in this room. This room also has a full en suite bathroom.
There is convenient parking for 2 cars in the garage at the back of the building and there is a washer and dryer inside for your use as well.

If I cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book my reservation. If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of my reservation at full price, I will receive 100% of the deposit back minus the $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of my reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I will receive a refund based on this newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and the $250 cancellation fee. If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
