INSIDE THE HOUSE
Walk up the brick stairs and past the gate to the back entrance of this condo. As soon as you open the door, set your bags down by the greeting table and pick up a complimentary water—just one of the many personal touches you'll find throughout.

The spacious living room opens up to the dining area, with gray porcelain tile floors, an elegant chandelier, and seats for four at a glass-top table. Open the French doors facing the dining table and walk out onto the balcony, where you can snuggle in a wicker chair and take in the colorful Flowers Street neighborhood.
After a fun day out, catch some z's in the master suite. Settle under the covers of a king-sized bed with a fluffy white comforter in the elegance of this breezy bedroom.
When you wake refreshed in the morning, take your coffee out on the private balcony off the master suite or prepare for another adventure in the en-suite bathroom. On the third floor, a second bedroom sleeps two more guests in a queen-sized bed. Pops of navy and orange liven up this bright room, which also includes a 27-inch TV and a private bath.

For an unforgettable day on the water, head to Balboa Water Sports to rent a jet ski or take a guided ride as a family through water landmarks where you'll see seals and maybe even dolphins! Treat the kids to a day trip to Disneyland or strut down the Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, only an hour away.
Or stay close to home and explore Corona del Mar Plaza, a mecca of high-end retailers and must-try restaurants just off the scenic Pacific Costal Highway.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
