Forget fighting the traffic in Isle is a 3 mile peninsula nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor, with little traffic even in the busiest of seasons. Destin on the Gulf is close to restaurants and shopping and in walking distance to the best snorkeling anywhere at the Destin jetties.
Whether you like walking or sunning on the beach, swimming, exercising or just reading a great book on the balcony, or enjoying the surf hit the sand, this condo has it all. Holiday Isle offers a community setting of gorgeous homes, sidewalks for bikes and walking, in a family-friendly environment. There is even a Gulf front gym here!
This condo features a Gulf front master with a king bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
The guest room has a single bed and a queen bed in one room and a bath right across from the bedroom. with a tub/shower combination.
The kitchen features plenty of cabinets and everything you will need to cook a great meal. Or you might choose to go out to eat at one of the many local restaurants nearby. There is a dining area and a living area with TV. The balcony is right off of the living area. Great Gulf views from the unit!

TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION POLICY
It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in the event you have to cancel your trip prior to arrival for any number of reasons which include mandatory evacuation, illness, loss of job, etc. We are able to offer you trip cancellation/interruption insurance through CSA Insurance.
We hope your trip will not have to be cancelled or interrupted for any reason and that you and your family and/or friends enjoy a wonderful vacation. Should you have to cancel for any reason within 90 days before your scheduled arrival date, no refunds will be made unless we can rent that time to another person for the same rate. You will be protected through trip cancellation/interruption insurance should you decide to purchase this protection. CSA covers cancellation due to loss of job, illness and hurricanes. Information on CSA insurance is on where you can read the Summary Plan Description. The plan we offer is G-320CSA. If you have specific questions about the policy it is best to call to discuss your questions before purchase.
The cost of trip cancellation/interruption insurance through CSA is 6.5% of the total. If you wish to purchase the CSA insurance it will be added to the rental payment.
