We have real "Bahamaian" carryout food available in our community, a beach bar & restaurant with fabulous food, all very close to the house...it is fantastic! Also, if you are an avid bone fisherman or just want a tour of some out islands, we can make arrangements for you to have a guide! Additionally, there is now scuba diving trips close to our house! Anything you want to do can be arranged!

Weekly Rental Rates for up to 8 Guests*
- All weeks except Christmas & New Years**.......$2,750
- $345 for each extra guest.
- A 4 Dr. Truck and 14' Boston Whaler boat are available for your use at no additional charge.
- Contact us for dates of "last minute" & special offer $ 2,200/wk. pricing (no other discounts apply to this offer)
- Holiday rates ($ 1,000 above normal rate per week).
- Our caretaker, Rev. Laing also offers his services to pick you up at the airport or port, drive you to the grocery, out to our home & then back at the end of your stay. We will have you contact him directly for exact pricing.
