There is also a nearby playground and park for your kids to play. The Newport Pier is 1.7 miles away, easily reachable by bike in about 10 minutes, or a 30 minute walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants between 54th Street and the Newport Pier for you to explore on the way.
There is a retractable awning on the patio, seating for 6 at the teak patio table, a gas BBQ for grilling your favorite summer treats, and a market umbrella for shade. You’ll be sure to enjoy the sunsets from the living room and patio, the views are unparalleled. As you enter the property through the sliding glass doors from the patio, keep them open to let in the summer sun and the ocean breeze. The living room is bright and contemporary, featuring a grey contemporary sofa and custom artwork hanging on the walls, giving it a homey feel. There is a flat panel Samsung TV mounted on the wall for your entertainment. If you’re staying at this property during the off-season you may make use of the wood-burning fireplace.
A full kitchen featuring a stainless steel refrigerator, basic stove and dishwasher provide you with all the essentials you’ll need to cook for the whole family. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the kitchen for your use. There are four red bar stools for enjoying a quick meal at the kitchen counter.
As you walk down the hall, your first door to the left is a full bathroom with an exterior entry, perfect for when you’re in need of a bathroom at the beach but don’t want to track sand and water all over the living room.
The master suite has a queen bed, flat panel TV, and a sunken ensuite bathroom with a shower, also with an exterior entry. The first guest bedroom has a full futon and full bed, and a small flat panel TV for your entertainment. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
There is one car parking in the shared garage.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00]. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations.
