This 3000-square-foot luxury home is located in the heart of down town Huntington Beach on a quite friendly street approximately 1/2 of a mile from the beach which is a about a 15-minute walk. Every room has a TV and the living room has a 52inch wide high definition wide screen TV with DVD and surround sound! This home has 2 living rooms, one is the entertainment room with surround sound, big screen and wet bar, the other is the sun room with french doors opening to the front yard and converts to a 4th bedroom with two beds. Both living rooms have a fireplace.
Main Street is less than five short blocks away and takes about five minutes walking and runs straight to the Huntington Beach pier. We are just up the street from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are here for a convention. Surf City (Huntington Beach) is close to virtually every major visitor attraction in Southern California and is a family-friendly place that's incredibly safe, ranked among the Top Ten Safest Cities by City Crime rankings for decades. Of all the beaches in California Huntington Beach is one of the easiest to access.

Step out on to our 3rd floor furnished roof top deck for private sunbathing or relaxing with hot and cold water sink and another mini fridge.
The master bedroom has a master bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and Jacuzzi tub (not to be confused with the Jacuzzi in the back yard) and a crip for the kids, mini fridge and closet space.

8 Beach cruiser bikes are included with this house as well as a radio flyer wagon with huge wheels to help you carry everything to the beach including the kids! Many have found that a ride on the boardwalk form Huntington to Newport beach may just be the higlight of your whole vacation!

You will find suggestions for where to walk to dinner, lunch, or dancing once you arrive. Take an evening walk or a mid-day bike ride (bikes included) to fabulous shopping, dinning, laying out at the beach, or just people watching.

Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises including a hot outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or before you enter the jaquzzi.

Weather: We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck.

Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols surf school or take a stunning drive down the coast to Newport and Laguna all just minutes away. We are conveniently located near freeway access to get you to all the local theme parks (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World...) with ease.
