This grand vacation home with its South Beach look is unique in every way from the time you enter the front door to the open three floor glass block staircase with artistically decorated lighted corridors, and showcasing two kitchens.

The first floor features a two car garage w/door opener, storage room with all your beach chairs, umbrella and pull cart for your day at the beach. The living quarters on this level has a full kitchen, sitting area, two bedrooms, laundry room, full bath with jetted tub.

The back has a shaded ground level deck with table, chairs, and gas grill for all you cookout needs. There is an outside shower for cooling off after a long day at the beach.

The second floor has a main living area with a open spacious living room w/multi tray ceilling, wall mounted 50 inch plasma TV with Sony surround sound, large deck out back, dining room, gourmet kitchen with eat-in island with bar, 2 sinks, smooth cooktop, wine cooler with glass door, all stainless steel appliances, pantry and half bath adjacent to kitchen. This level has a wonderful master suite with large bedroom, private balcony, his/hers closets, large vanity with double sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower.

The third floor has a wet bar with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and eating area. This floor boasts two master suites with balcony, private baths w/jetted tubs with one having a separate shower, long vanity with double sinks and dressing vanity.

This is a great home for the large family or share the cost with two smaller families. Once you stay here you will want to come back year after year.
