You too can enjoy this beautiful waterfront home ready for your family's vacation paradise. This 2,700 square foot home is located on a peaceful, friendly side street, which offers an awesome view of Estero Bay and private pool. Click here to check availability...Three bedrooms, two full baths (one with a Jacuzzi tub), plus a queen sized sleeper sofa offer ample relaxation room! Master bedroom offers a king bed, private bath, plasma tv/dvd unit w/cable. The second bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, huge closets and a tv/dvd unit w/cable. The third bedroom is stylishly decorated in an island motif and features 2 twin beds (which can be joined for a king size bed), ceiling fan, large closet, tv/dvd and PS2 for the kids (or the kid in you!).

These bedrooms share a newly remodeled main bath off the hallway featuring 'night light' lighting. Kitchen, dining and two (2) living rooms are open areas with 2 large window walls opening onto a large glassed in lanai area that seats 4 around a glass and wicker table. This lanai area offers an outstanding view overlooking the private pool, canal and Estero Bay (a great place to enjoy morning coffee while watching the sail boats glide by in the Bay).

Take the stairs from the lanai down to your own private pool where maybe you would rather lounge in the sun, enjoy a swim or sit in the shade by the poolside. Large, poolside, cemented area is great for relaxing or entertaining with several lounge chairs, poolside bar that seats 8, and gas grill.

Never been to Fort Myers Beach? Fort Myers Beach is about a 15 minute drive from the Fort Myers Airport and the city of Fort Myers. The San Carlos bridge is the main bridge that takes you to Estero Island where you will find Fort Myers Beach. See photos of Estero Island (North and South of San Carlos Bridge). When you cross the San Carlos Bridge you will see the "downtown" area of Estero Island. Locally, this area is called Time Square. There is one main road that runs through the island...Estero Boulevard. Estereo Island itself is a mere 4 miles long. Our home is about 1 1/2 miles south of the Time Square area. Great location and close enough but also far enough away!

Activities nearby or on site include: golf, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, boating, swimming, cinemas, shopping, restaurants, biking, motor scooter rentals, bicycles for your use, birdwatching, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, Everglades sight seeing tours, Edison and Ford Museums, Lover's Key State Park (10 minutes S), only a short drive to beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands, close to the municipal pool with water slides and new public library. Great seafood and roadside fresh fruit market as well.

Please add 11% FL state tax & $150 Cleaning fee to all rental rates.

Reservations require a $500. non-refundable deposit per week which is applied to the total rental charge (above methods of payment only).

$500 Security/Damage Deposit (will accept credit card information for this portion only).
