Apartment 702 at The Alexander (on the 7th floor) is a DIRECT OCEANFRONT 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Newly renovated and furnished with Master bedroom ocean front has king double bed and bonus single twin, Guest bedroom has 3 single beds (only 2 shows but we have 3) and 3rd bedroom has queen double bed. It is a larger 1200 square foot apartment with a very large balcony. Full open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area, modern decorated with magnificent views of the ocean. This apartment sleeps up to 8 guests. Base price includes 7 guests, additional guest $35 per night.
Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, sauna, steam room, 2 hot tub whirlpools, 2 heated pools with chaise lounges, umbrellas and towels with direct access to sandy private beach. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and gourmet dining on the premises at Don Shula’s legendary steakhouse managed by the Alexander Hotel. When booking more than 60 days prior to arrival date, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Total bill must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of arrival full payment is required at time of reservation. If cancellation is made more than 90 days from arrival a 10% (but not less than $250) cancellation fee is assessed. For cancellations between 31 and 60 days of arrival a 50% cancellation fee is assessed. Cancellations 30 days or less from reservation are non-refundable. However, Holidays and Special Event rentals are non-refundable reservations. Holiday dates include- Christmas, New Years, President’s Week, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Easter and Passover and Special Event dates such as Caribbean Festival, Boat Show, Music Festival, Basil Art Show, etc. To protect your payment we recommend you review and purchase Travel Insurance which may protect your advanced payments by reimbursing you for out-of-pocket nonrefundable expenses in the event of cancellation.
• A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies HORA by e-mail to indicating reason for cancellation and Guest in turn has received a reply email from HORA acknowledging receipt of such cancellation notice.
• If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• HORA, in its sole discretion has the final say in all disputes regarding refunds outside of the cancellation policy.
