|Located in the heart of Miami Beach, this Oceanfront Beach Resort known as The Alexander, is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and proximity to major attractions and night life – less than 2 miles to the center of South Beach. HORA VACATION RENTALS owns as well as manages on behalf of owners many of the finest units in this residential resort. This fabulous property has direct access to the beach and ocean just steps away from our two private lagoon shaped pools and two hot tubs.
Apartment 1419 at The Alexander (on the 14th floor) is a 3 Bedroom Signature Suite sleeps up to 10 guests. This is a one-of-a-kind magnificent 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom RENOVATED BRAND NEW (in October 2012). Apartment is 1200 square ft plus a 120 sq. ft. balcony (20 ft long) with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east, intracoastal waterways and city skyline views to the west. Apartment has southern exposure to bring you sunshine all day and evening sunsets that will amaze you. Master bedroom has 2 queen size beds (sleeps 4), flat screen TV, its own private bathroom including a 5 foot whirlpool bathtub with shower. 2nd Bedroom has 2 queen size beds (sleeps 4), flat screen TV and is adjacent to a full bathroom that has a 5 foot shower with body sprays. 3rd bedroom, off living room area, also serves as a den and has 2 adult twin beds which can be left separate or joined as a king that can sleep 1-2 additional guests or can be used as a private nursery for a baby or for young children. There is an additional bonus ½ guest bathroom in foyer. Kitchen has granite counter tops, Quaker style cabinets and is fully equipped with a double bowl stainless sink, side by side refrigerator freezer, double oven with cook top, microwave, all cookware, serving utensils and dishes for 8. Living room area with desk, sofa and recliner and large screen flat screen TV. Dining area has a marble table which seats up to 8. Washer/dryer is available in the apartment (additional fees apply). Other amenities include desktop computer with Windows XP, local and long distance Canada and Puerto Rico) telephone service, free Wi-Fi internet and cable.
Apartment sleeps up to 10 guests (the base rate includes up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night plus tax). Please select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.
Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, sauna, steam room, 2 hot tubs, 2 heated pools with chaise lounges, umbrellas and towels, and direct access to private beach. Full amenities including concierge, bellhop, valet parking (additional fees apply), gift shop, coin operated washer/dryer on each floor, high speed Wi-Fi, two swimming pools, hot tubs, waterfall, pool towels, lounges and umbrellas at pool, playground, direct access to beach and water sports, beauty salon and spa.
Notice: The Alexander is going through some renovations and construction projects that may be prevalent during non-holidays and non-weekends (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. We will make every effort to assign units that are not directly affected by these disturbances. Based on unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control we may need to assign an alternate unit in the same resort of equal or greater value. In the event of disturbances such as construction noise, we will make every effort to resolve the situation, but do not take responsibility or provide refunds if these types of disturbances occur during weekdays between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
The Alexander is located at 5225 Collins Avenue and is nestled on one of the most luxurious strips of Miami Beach known as “Millionaires Row.” Our property characterizes the chic style and sophistication of archetypal Miami Beach and its surrounding areas. Upon arrival you will be inspired by our classical wooden staircase and exquisite crystallized chandeliers that define our lobby.

When booking more than 60 days prior to arrival date, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Total bill must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of arrival full payment is required at time of reservation. If cancellation is made more than 90 days from arrival a 10% (but not less than $250) cancellation fee is assessed. For cancellations between 31 and 60 days of arrival a 50% cancellation fee is assessed. Cancellations 30 days or less from reservation are non-refundable. However, Holidays and Special Event rentals are non-refundable reservations. Holiday dates include- Christmas, New Years, President’s Week, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Easter and Passover and Special Event dates such as Caribbean Festival, Boat Show, Music Festival, Basil Art Show, etc. To protect your payment we recommend you review and purchase Travel Insurance which may protect your advanced payments by reimbursing you for out-of-pocket nonrefundable expenses in the event of cancellation.
• A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies HORA by e-mail to indicating reason for cancellation and Guest in turn has received a reply email from HORA acknowledging receipt of such cancellation notice.
• If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• HORA, in its sole discretion has the final say in all disputes regarding refunds outside of the cancellation policy.
