"Beautiful location, but lacking in comfortable furniture
The unit and property are beautiful. The pool area and beach access were fantastic.
We did have a few concerns/issues:
1. Front door to unit would not stay closed unless locked
2. Couch, outdoor couch and twin bed mattresses were all super uncomfortable/worn. The couches were so low & lacked support- my 82 year old mother had issues with getting up.
3. Our power went out during our stay
4. The house had such minimal necessities including paper products and soap/laundry detergent. I have stayed in numerous airbnbs & this one was really lacking. We had to go to the store immediately to replenish these items, which was disappointing after a long travel day.
5. There needs to be better signage to direct renters to amenities & condo units"

"Disappointing
I have stayed at Cinnamon Beach rentals before and have been extremely satisfied with the view and the condo. This year I invited guests to enjoy the experience with us.
The door to the Condo had a broken lock and it felt unsafe. I spoke to Lena who promised someone would come out to fix it. In the 7 days days we were there, no one came and we felt the need to put a chair under the handle inside the door every night before we went to sleep.
Also, there was no lock on the sliding doors to the outside patio. We were only on the second floor and once again it was a safety issue. There was a long broomstick like device for us to use. It was not only unacceptable but a very low budget solution.
The living room furniture was so old and worn that you couldn’t sit comfortably without sinking into the bottom. It affected my lower back and caused me discomfort.
Lena told us that the TV in the 3rd bedroom wasn’t working and someone would be out to fix it. It never happened.
We were really looking forward to a great experience with family being invited and I was more embarrassed by the condo.
I’m sorry to say that for the price it costs to stay, the conditions were more of a highway motor lodge.
Lena never called us back with any information as to when or what time someone would fix any of our concerns.
Our experience and that of our guests were very disappointing."

"Beautiful
A runaway stay for three women! This condo was perfect. The beds were so nice and comfortable. Beautiful furnishings and the View was perfect for a second floor condo! I’ve been here to the cinnamon beach area about 5 times. Love it! Would definitely return.

"Beautiful condo and well stocked!
This unit is gorgeous, bed are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The unit is on the first floor above the garage which meant you’re close to the noisy AC units and also the garage parking lights which are always on but overall the unit is amazing. We have stayed at cinnamon beach half a dozen times and unfortunately the cleaning fee seems to get more expensive yet the list of things the management company wants you to do gets longer. If I am paying a cleaning fee I should not have to strip beds and do dishes. Over all I would stay in this unit again but there are a few downsides but I think the amenities in this unit make up for that. "

"VERY Comfortable Stay!
This was our first time staying at Cinnamon Beach an d we have already booked a trip back. VERY relaxing! Unit 525 was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Decor was very tasetful. We loved it! Wished there were bikes we could have used. We ended up renting them. No big deal."

"Family vacation at Cinnamon Beach - Spring Break 2023
Our family vacation was absolutely amazing. We have never been to this resort and were very pleased. From the time I booked the reservation until after check out, the service was impeccable. The unit was newly refurbished and was very clean and fully stocked. My family are major cooks and foodies and we could not believe how stocked the kitchen was. We even brought items from home that we never had to unpack. The host was extremely helpful and when we asked for a beach cart, it magically appeared at our front door wrapped up brand new in a box. The location of this unit was perfect. Views from everywhere and so accessable to the beach and pools. We can't wait to book this one again. Thanks so much for a wonderful family get away."

"Beautiful Vacation Home!
The property was beautiful. Truly enjoyed the accommodations. Very roomy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was that only 1 small roll of tissue was provided for each bathroom and we were required to strip the beds, pull the towels, and were then required to start the first load of laundry before the required 10am check out time. After paying over $1350 for 3 nights (only 2 full days) you would expect additional tissue to be provided and not to have to do housework the morning of checkout while on vacation. (No BYOT)��"

"Great Stay!
The condo was clean & well maintained. It was very comfortable & welcoming. My family stayed for 6 weeks and it provided for all of our needs.
We had a couple of maintenance issues upon arrival & Cinnamon Beach Vacations took care of them promptly :-)
For the Suggestion Box: Provide a bench & shoe tray/basket in the entryway instead of the console table. It would have been nice for putting on/removing shoes & being able to leave them in place for future use. That would also help limit the sand entering the condo. Kindly provide a couple of high back sand chairs.

"Vacation review
The unit is very nice and very spacious! It was great for our bigger group. My only complaint is that the listing says the couch pulls out into a queen size bed but that is not true. The furniture has been changed in the living room so there’s no pull out bed. This unit sleeps 6 (not 8). I will say that the rental company was very accommodating when I called about this. They allowed us to use a 2nd unit during our stay so we had beds for our whole group at no additional charge. Overall I would highly recommend this unit for a group of 6. The only other issue was that the elevator at the ocean side pool was not working the entire time we were there. This was very inconvenient since someone in our group is paralyzed from the waist down. The community could improve their handicap accessibility but it’s a beautiful, clean place to vacation. "

"Needs new furniture
The condo was nice enough but the couch seemed to be broken on one end and the full/queen bed was so uncomfortable that the couch was preferred. The pools were each closed for a day, which was disappointing. The pool manager was very rude. The office was very responsive to emails leading up to our stay. I would stay at this resort again but not in this condo."

"Amazing condo, fantastic views, perfect family vacation
The picture of the condo listed does not show the same furniture. It is actually much better furniture. The condo was impeccably clean which was a concern traveling during corona. The beach access was right outside our building. A shower and hose is available to wash off the sand. There was so much room for our teenagers to have their own space. The tub in the master bath was much needed for relaxing.
Everything about the condo was perfect but I only gave 4 stars because the pool and cafe amenities were definitely lacking. The pool water was hot which is not very refreshing in 90 degree weather. The cafe is completely overpriced for watery drinks and so-so food. And you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the pool. Plus some workers had no masks and there was no social distancing in the pool area.
We felt so safe during our vacation due to the presence of security at the gates and at the condo at times.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. "

"Not Happy!
The complex is fantastic...was disappointed in the condo we rented. The furniture in the living room is worn out and uncomfortable. Had to repair the ironing board, iron is pitiful. There is no pitcher if you make tea. No cushions
for the outside furniture. Our ages are 65 to81 and comfort is important..

"Wonderful Family Vacation
This place is perfect if you're looking for something that can accommodate a larger family and everyone still has their privacy. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are great. We've taken serval family vacations with this group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) and I can't wait to stay here again. The unit is very nicely furnished and the property has everything you could ever want in a beach vacation. "

"Perfect family vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach. Our unit was spacious and well furnished. Our view of the beach was lovely, and access to the beach was unencumbered by steps for children and elderly. Families should be prepared to cook some dinners as there are few restaurants nearby, but the local Publix had all supplies needed, and the kitchen was more than adequate. I would recommend a can opener and perhaps an ice cream scoop. All linens were furnished, and they were of good quality. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely beach home with our family.We hope to return again."

"Bike Week Stay

"Beautiful View Apartment No Doubt
Some issues that presented during our stay: No locking mechanism on SGD on patio, Mang Co brought a longer pole to put inside the track door. (Issue was noted in past few months not addressed) Garbage Disposal didn't work, NO dishwasher soap, laundry soap, barely any T.P, Paper towels, Kleenex. All bathroom TOILETS were leaking and making noise, also need to update to comfort height ones. Shower head mildewed and barely ran any water. (Mang. Co. replaced while we were there) AC ducts in ceiling fifthly. Mattress guest br, not pillowtop- very firm. Pillows flat. Would be nice if lounge-more comfortable chairs for patio. Kitchen has every gadget needed with ample pots, pans, cups, glasses. Only thing missing is Keurig coffee maker. Lots of beach, bath towels, sheets and blankets. Outside BBQ on complex would have been useful. Nice location on 2nd floor, corner unit."

"PERFECT STAY
The best way to describe our stay was it was like "Home Away from Home". It was everything we thought it would be and more. Beautiful condo, comfortable, clean, everything we needed large enough for our family, great ocean view even from the 2nd floor and close to all the pools and ocean. We did not want to go home!"

"Best vacation getaway
Cinnamon Beach is a beautiful and quiet retreat. The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated, and appointed for our entire family. My husband and me, our daughter and son in law along with their children. Modern kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances, dining for all, and 3 very comfortable bedrooms. I recommend the stay for anyone who may want a relaxing and beautiful vacation away from traffic congestion and huge crowds. We will definitely be back"

"A Beautiful View
The condo itself was very although there were a few issues that should be addressed. There was no locking mechanism for the sliding door to the balcony. Sent an email to the management company but got no response. There was no dishwasher or laundry detergent in the condo and we were required to start both upon checkout. I've been renting in FL for years and have never been required to wash the linens when leaving. Also, on checkout day the cleaning crews grabbed all the luggage trolleys to move their cleaning supplies leaving none for the guests who were checking out. The furnishings were nice although the bedroom pillows left a lot to be desired and it would have been nice to have a chair in the master bedroom for reading. Overall some issues that need addressing but a relaxing week."

"Great Stay in a Beautiful Location
We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Beach. Unit #525 was nicely decorated and we were surprised to find it was as nice if not nicer than the photos. The living space was large and comfortable and provided everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we loved sitting out there to watch the sun rise each morning. The beach was nice and quiet and our kids loved collecting seashells, which were abundant. Because we have small children, we spent most afternoons at the children's pool. It was a nice pool, although it does get quite crowded at times. Sadly, the splash area was under construction during our stay and at times there was a good bit of noise from that making relaxing at the pool a challenge. Thankfully our kids hardly noticed.
As far as the unit goes, the only thing that could be problematic is the lack of curtains in bedroom #2. They have blinds over the window, but the window looks out into the condominium hallway which is constantly lit up at night. The light pours into the room even with the blinds closed and can make it difficult to sleep. We had to change sleeping arrangements around to put someone who didn't mind the light in that room. A simple pair of light-blocking curtains would help in that room. Otherwise it was a wonderful, comfortable, spacious, clean condo and we'd certainly stay here again."

"Honest review
Awesome view of the ocean from a spacious porch. Good - beautiful unit and grounds. Not so good - uncomfortable mattresses in all 3 bedrooms. Queen br was too bright for sleeping due to outside security light. Loud running water toilet noises in 2 bathrooms. Pretty but uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Bad - huge dangerous rocks prevent entry into the ocean. We will choose a different location next time. "

Cinnamon Beach was a very nice place to stay. We had the 3 bedroom and 3 bath for our party of 8. This condo was very nice the only problem was the one patio chair(rocker swivel) was broken and there was only one dish towel to dry dishes and no sponge to wash dishes there is a dishwasher but for one or two items a sponge would had been nice. We did buy one at store. We really enjoyed our week there."

This is a true Oceanfront unit - view from porch as shown On the beach in 3 minutes. - 1 flight on stairs for quick descent or elevator. Garage parking a big plus for convenience. Not sure who created the numbering but 525 is second floor in the 600 building!

"A week at the beach, beautiful condo - stay here!
I'm hesitant to write a review because I'd rather keep this place a secret but I'll share.
The condo is perfectly situated on the beach side providing breathtaking views of the sand and surf. You can hear the waves from the balcony where we sat and relaxed each morning and evening.
We had 4 young children with us who were perfectly behaved - they never fought, ate all their food without argument and played perfectly together. OK, I might exaggerate a little on this part but the condo is perfect for families and provides plenty of space for kids to escape each other. It's a great floor plan, corner unit, with big living spaces and bedrooms.
The condo is impeccably decorated and furnished with all of the amenities of home. The pools are gorgeous and the restaurant at the children's pool was delicious.
If you are debating between other units in the Cinnamon Beach area - PICK THIS ONE! We will definitely be back and staying in only this unit. "
