|5 Henry Lane, Singleton Beach. Introducing the top of the line, most luxurious 4 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom private rental home with pool on Hilton Head Island, that's ""pet friendly"". This home was used as a model home and consequently it was furnished beyond what anyone could hope or imagine. Even the bathroom sinks deserve applause.
The entire downstairs has saturnia floors with 10'ft. high ceiling and striking moldings. The great-room includes a living area with decorative only fireplace flanked by custom bookcases and an incredible armoire with TV and VCR. The open kitchen presents beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining area, with an elegant chandelier, seats six and has a view out to the lagoon with fountain. Step outside onto your balcony for a view of the pool and lagoon.
This first floor also offers an incredible bedroom with recessed trey ceiling lighting, queen bed, his and her chaise lounges and stunning armoire with TV and VCR. The private bath has a saturnia tiled shower and unbelievable dresser sink. Also on this floor is a half bath powder room.
The second floor is equally amazing as the first with Berber carpet throughout, trey ceilings accented by recessed lighting in all bedrooms, and private baths, each with saturnia tile shower and spa tub, for every bedroom, doors leading out to various balconies and even a DSL hookup at the desk. These bedrooms are so elegantly furnished it's like having three master bedrooms. The bedding includes king-size beds in two of the bedrooms and two bunks with trundles (six beds) bed in the third. The bedroom at the back of the house has a double spa tub and an antique Queen Anne Highboy. Finishing the third floor is a hallway breakfast/cocktail bar and laundry. The ground floor offers a covered lounge and entertainment area by the pool, a full bath and fully enclosed backyard.
This unbelievable home is located approximately ½ mile to the beach via Burke's Beach Road to metered town parking. To get to the beach, you will travel through the new town park with soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts for a fee, bike trails and a dog park. You must see this home to believe it.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
**This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach Memorial Day through Labor Day 2016, please note that the shuttle does not operate on Saturdays.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
