Welcome to the Blue Dolphin Beach House! We offer our home to you for a relaxing vacation under the Southwest Florida sun. Enjoy the sound of the waves from either of two balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will be steps from the white, sandy beaches where shelling and basking in the warm waters will make for a lifetime of memories. Stroll along the coast and watch the sky light up with magnificent hues as the sun sets after another beautiful day.

3 Bedroom/2 bathroom option available: Maximum 6 people
• Single level available to accommodate smaller groups by closing off second floor access
• Reservations accepted 45 days prior to arrival during peak season, four months in advance of value and mid seasons

• Upper deck overlooks Gulf. House is set one back, on beach side of Estero Boulevard
• First floor comfortably set for outdoor dining and charcoal grill available on ground level

Fully equipped kitchen
• Breakfast bar seats four, dining table seats six
• All appliances (dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.)
• Fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, pots and pans

• One per floor; both equipped with cable television. First floor has DVD/VCR. Second floor has VCR, Stereo. Master upstairs also has 19" TV

Security Deposit
Amounts above do not include security deposit of $500.00, which is returned after your departure and inspection of home, generally 10-14 days after you checkout.

Check-in/Check-out
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in the winter and spring months. Value Season dates can be more flexible. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is by 10:00 a.m.
