|This spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront ground floor unit features a large entertaining patio on the sand with built-in gas BBQ, elegant seating for large gatherings, dining table for enjoying dinner outside on a warm summer night, and a modern firepit for when it's a bit cooler out. The warm sand and all the fun the beach has to offer is just on the other side of the fence! There is a volleyball court on the sand just a few houses away, the 48th street jetty, and the 48th street lifeguard tower. As you return from a day at the beach a unique feature awaits you. "Feetwashers" at the gate allow you to wash off the sand before heading inside.
Take advantage of the stunning ocean view from the living room which opens to the patio and features a fireplace and 60" 1080p flat screen TV. There is also a 40" flat panel TV on the opposing wall, perfect for kids to attach the Wii they brought along, and it is also ideal for watching sports. The master bedroom is situated off the living room with frosted french doors which can be opened fully for an ocean view from the bedroom. A 3rd 27" flat panel TV in the master can be adjusted so it can be watched from the living area as well. All the flat panel TV's are wall mounted and can be adjusted for optimal viewing. The master bedroom features an Eastern King bed, and closet with built-in shelving. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom to circulate the ocean breeze, and beautiful wood flooring throughout the home. The master has an ensuite luxury bathroom, with a limestone tiled shower, marble flooring, granite sinktop and beautiful hardware. Forget waiting for ages after a surf or a swim, Kinetico circulates purified water, and is instantly hot.
The kitchen is beautifully outfitted with rare granite countertops in a blue-green hue, clean white cabinetry, and modern stainless steel KitchenAid Pro appliances. It is outfitted for a gourmet cook, with plenty of room to prepare a meal for the whole family. The dining area is located just off the kitchen, with seating for 8 guests. The granite countertop runs along the side of the dining area perfect for hosting a fabulous buffet-style dinner. There is an additional sink nearest the dining area perfect for serving drinks.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk for any work you might need to complete while on holiday, and a mounted 27" flat panel TV for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a tropical feel, a beautiful carved wooden mirror was bought in the Tropics by the owners and adds a personal touch. The sinktop is sandstone and the sink bowl is copper. The shower has glass doors and top-of-the-line tiling. The last bedroom has one twin over double bunkbed and a twin over twin bunkbed, and a 27" flat panel TV. There is an ensuite bathroom, with access to the exterior private carport. The bathroom has the same luxurious feel as the other bathrooms in the property, with a large tiled shower, and accent lighting that looks like natural light flowing through a seashell.
There is a stacked Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer near the guest bedrooms. There 1 parking spot in a shared garage. There is an outdoor hot and cold water shower so that you can rinse off the sand before heading inside.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00].
