A builders personal home complete with Oak Spiral Staircase and Stained Glass windows. Tropical landscaped with fountain, fenced and gated for privacy and security. Parking for four cars maximum. The deck furnishings include Tiki Hut with bar and stools, lounge chairs, Hot Tub, gas grill, table and chairs and picnic table. The "NAUTILUS" is a 3.5 Million dollar Gulf Front Beach House with first class nautical furnishings.
