A beautiful two story Gulf Front Beach House overlooking the aqua blue Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand beach where breathtaking sunsets can be viewed from either of two second floor decks or the first floor 20' by 60' deck. A builders personal home complete with Oak Spiral Staircase and Stained Glass windows. Tropical landscaped with fountain, fenced and gated for privacy and security. Parking for four cars maximum. The deck furnishings include Tiki Hut with bar and stools, lounge chairs, Hot Tub, gas grill, table and chairs and picnic table. The "NAUTILUS" is a 3.5 Million dollar Gulf Front Beach House with first class nautical furnishings.
