The Texas Beach House is a rental property available for daily, weekly, or monthly rental in the beautiful tropical enviroment of South Padre Island, Texas. South Padre Island is located in South Texas along the gulf and just minutes away from Mexico.

The South Texas Beach House is split into 3 separate self-contained levels. Private entrances for each level via stairwell. The first floor is 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The second floor is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a large private deck and a gazebo on the beach. The third floor is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a small private balcony. Roadrunner high speed internet to all floors included in rental.

All levels have full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils.

All levels also have satellite TV, DVD and VCR

All levels have high speed internet connection included in rental. 1st Floor: 1273sqft.

Each floor is self - contained and has full kitchen facilities with all utensils.

No pets. Minimum stay of 3 nights. 5% Administrative fee if paid by credit card $200 Security deposit required at check in. Rates subject to change without notice.

IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS FOR TEXAS BEACH HOUSE RENTAL UNITS, WE REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT ON ALL RENTAL UNITS. THIS WILL BE RETURNED BY MAIL WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.
CHARGES MAY BE MADE AGAINST YOUR DEPOSIT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

ANTHING TAKEN FROM THE UNIT. TOWELS, BLANKETS OR BEDSPREADS MAY NOT BE REMOVED FROM UNIT FOR ANY REASON.
- EXCEEDING THE MAXIMUM PEOPLE ALLOWED PER UNIT:

1 BEDROOM-4 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN

2 BEDROOM-6 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN

3 BEDROOM-8 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN

ANY EXTRA CLEANING THAT IS NECESSARY DUE TO TRASHING OF UNIT ANY DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OTHER THAN NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
SMOKING IN A NON-SMOKING UNIT (YOU WILL LOSE YOUR WHOLE DEPOSIT).
EXCESSIVELY SOILED TOWELS OR BEDDING. PLEASE NO TOWELS OR BEDDING FROM UNIT IS TO BE TAKEN TO THE BEACH. LOST KEYS & REKEYING THE LOCK.
IF YOU ARE NOT OUT OF UNIT BY CHECK OUT TIME OF 11:00 AM.
NO PETS IN UNIT. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED, AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE UNIT WITH NO REFUND OF RENT OR DEPOSIT.
PLEASE PLACE ALL SOILED DISHED AND GLASSWARE TO BE PLACED INSIDE DISHWASHER.
ALL TRASH AND GARBAGE TO BE PROPERLY BAGGED
