This Oceanfront condo is the ultimate destination! With a wrap around balcony offering a panoramic view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean. Relax and enjoy the view from one of the two lounge chairs or at the table with seating for four. Once inside, you will find a beautifully updated unit with a spacious living room, tile flooring, smart TVs in the living room, master, and guest bedroom. The dining area has seating for six, as well as counter seating for 3. In the kitchen you will find updated appliances, granite counter tops, both a drip coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker, all the cooking essentials such as a crockpot, griddle, blender, and toaster. The primary bedroom has a pillowtop king sized mattress, an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and private balcony access. You will find a queen and full bed in the guest bedroom, both with pillowtop mattresses, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two built in pillow top twin beds in the smaller 3rd bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest” make for a perfect room for the little ones! This unit is complete with a full size washer and dryer.
Please note: The owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at !

All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
